Warm summer night and the a/c seemed to be running very poorly. Made for an uncomfortable meal. They also brought our meats out before they brought out the broth so the uncooked meat sat at our table waiting for Broth to be brought out and heated up

Overall our experience was excellent. The meat quality was very high, service was good overall, and for our first hotpot experience we enjoyed it. They also have a happy hour running which is very worth it. Our only complaint was our ventilator wasn't working so it got a little warm. We went for a joint birthday party and they were very kind.

This is the best hot pot place ever! The staff is always so kind and the variety in the food and the sauces and soup and extras at the bar area are always fun! I’ve tried 4 soup bases so far and all amazing! I’ll have to come back and try the others! :)

It may be unfair to rate this experience so poorly; going in you know that you are cooking your own food. For someone who loves this style of food, Qiao Lin may be great. However, for us, the broths and the meat were mediocre in terms of flavor and to get everything to turn out well you will have needed to go several times or be with someone who had. Even then, the flavors were meyahhh. Well below average wine list, stark lighting.
