Enjoyed happy hour, though too many frites variants on the menu. Had short rib slider, meat was over cooked, too crispy. Service was excellent overall.

Our waitress was great. We took her recommendation as to doing our meal on the happy hour menu and honestly we thought the food just ok. They don’t mark their menu with any symbols indicating Gluten Free (GF) or vegetarian or vegan. The flavors were good but their portions significantly smaller than we thought that they’d be. Next time we eat here we’ll go their actual entrees and skip happy hour.

Went to Purple on a Sunday afternoon for my daughters birthday. There was plenty of parking and it wasn’t noisy at all. Great time. It’s hard to find parking for dinner. I would definitely go on a Sunday or for lunch again.

I’ve been going to Purple Cafe about 2x a year for 20 years. I don’t think I’ll be back, which is ashame. The service and food no longer are up to par for the cost, and Woodinville has several better alternatives now. My go-to dish, chicken marsala, is lower grade breast and the sauce isn’t as good. The Shrimp frites appetizer isn’t as good as the old shrimp appetizer. Too bad.
