   Did brunch, fantastic! Well paired ingredients, flavors came through and the presentation was lovely. Add avadvado to the salnon toast-totally worth it! Highly recommend. Plus, there's a playground right out front ++++

   Absolutely delicious food, every time I come here I am blown away by how amazing the food is! Salmon Toast, Provision Greens, Provision Burger, Deviled Eggs, Crispy Potatoes, veggie migas…the list goes on. You’re missing out if you haven’t been already!

   We had a fabulous time at Provision Dininghouse! We ordered the deviled eggs, farmhouse salad, prime rib, and short rib ragout. All were truly delicious, but the ragout was the standout to me. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Definitely a place we'll come back to. All of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and overall we just had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommend!

    We had high hopes for this place, but the experience was pretty average. The food was decent and our server was very nice. However, the ambience was very plain and it was hard to have a conversation once more people started coming in. None of the wines we ordered from the menu were available, they ran out of sauce for one of our steaks, and we ended up canceling a late vegetable side order because we finished the rest of the meal before it arrived. We did receive a complimentary dessert, which was very good, due to some of the issues. Overall, though, we just left feeling somewhat disappointed.

    Our new favorite restaurant! Food was amazing the deviled eggs and the truffle Mac n cheese you must get! Also the yardbird with the potatoes, OH MY GOSH! Melt in your mouth. Finish it off with the bread pudding and you have a great night. I am so surprised that place was not packed. Chef Allen knows what he is doing in the kitchen! Service was wonderful our waiter was so nice and knew exactly how to sell the whole menu and if we would have had the the room in our bellies we would have! We will definitely be back!

    We enjoyed the food, Christiano our server was friendly and efficient, the music was a bit loud and the room has lots of hard surfaces so was very reverberant. Once more than a few tables were occupied it became very difficult to maintain a conversation.

    I went for brunch with two girlfriends and this was one of the tastiest meals I have had in a while! The salmon toast is fresh, a little spicy and delicious. The short rib benedict is great and easy to split with a friend. Oh, and the Ramos gin fizz went down very smoothly, too. Highly recommend.

    My husband and I ate brunch here and we will not be going back. The service, although very friendly, was extremely slow. My husband ordered 3 eggs and was brought 6. He also ordered his French toast with sauce on the side, it came drenched. I ordered a short stack of pancakes, what came would not even qualify as a child’s portion. The overall quality was very disappointing.

    Excited to see a solid American bistro experience in this part of town. Great array of menu options. Our orders were well prepared and yummy. Food felt very fresh and fussed over. Felt a bit pricy for more solid than wow food. The overall experience would have benefitted from a more creative cocktail list, more polished and better-paced service, and a bit more warmth to the decor. We were seated in a sort of side room that felt oddly unfinished/under furnished. We had the pimento cheese with crackers - yummy and a good portion of both cheese and the crackers (which seemed house made and great). The farro bowl and crispy potatoes were the table favs. Chicken cutlet was meh, and the farmhouse salad with grilled shrimp was really lovely. Some of the best cocktails in a austin are around the corner on north loop, so I hope that area gets a bit more attention, especially at $14 each. Candlelight or more warm ambient light would go a long way, too.

    We really enjoyed Provision Dining House. We had the chicken lollipops which were delicious and more food than we anticipated. Unfortunately they had run out of the mussels. The chicken cutlet meal was very good. Cristiano was our waiter and he was very attentive. We will definitely go back.

    We were greeted and sat at our table, and our waiter Christiano came over to greet us. He was good with pacing and checking in. We ordered the muscles, but sadly only about half had opened. The ones that didn’t open are unsafe to eat. We mentioned this and they discounted them, but it would have been better if they’d been comped. Or that we’d received what we ordered. The butter sauce was delicious. My husband ordered the short rib ragu. It was quite delicious. I had the slow roasted pork with kale. The meat was tender and flavorful, but the kale tasted like pure smoke. It was not edible. I advised our waiter and he brought over a bowl and had me place some of the kale in the bowl to take back to the chef. I told him it reeked of smoke. He returned a bit later to say that the recipe was quite “acidic “ today and then gave me a discount of my entree. By that time I had already finished the pork so I declined an alternate side. It was just really kind of a mess. It was not the waiter’s fault. He was very nice and polite, but the kitchen could be improved. If someone had looked at the mussels or tasted the kale, they could have prevented any issues. It was our wedding anniversary so we were a little bummed that experience wasn’t better.

    Enjoyed a delicious brunch for my friend’s birthday! Deviled eggs were expensive but worth it - just be advised they only come with 3 small halves. We tried the Truffled Mac and cheese and prime rib hash for entrees. Both were equally rich and delicious! Espresso martinis were great too! We kept watching the food come out for other tables and it all looked so good. Will definitely go back!

    Beautiful restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was quite accommodating to our large party. We dined for brunch and cannot with to return for dinner. Go with people you’re comfortable sharing with- you’ll want to try everything!

    My hubby wanted the prime rib for his birthday. Hunk of fatty raw meat. He got a prime rib meal for $14 in a small town bar that made him want more. This was not it. Go for the appetizers. Best things on the menu. Burger was ok. Fries and crunchy potato’s were way too salty. Salad was yummy. We might go back to give them a chance to settle in, but the $220 4 person meal needed to be way better to warrant a return.

    I really wanted to like this place. The concept is great, the location is good, but the execution of everything was off. When we were walked to our table, the host stopped to speak to the bartender first which was uncomfortable. The restaurant was not very busy (10 tables max with at least 2-3 waiters), but it was insanely hard to get ahold of our waiter. It was 15 minutes before the waiter came to our table, then took 20 minutes for drinks to come out. When our bread came out (20 minutes after drinks), they didn't bring us appetizer plates so it was messy and hard to eat. We kept trying to flag down our waiter, but gave up. It took another 30 minutes for our food to come out and when it did, we were not warned it was extremely hot. I burned the whole inside of my mouth and ended up having to take my meal home and heat it up later.

    We really enjoyed our brunch at Provision. The food and cocktails were delicious. We had salmon toast, deviled eggs, short rib Benedict and crispy potatoes that really were incredibly crisp. The food came out in a timely manner. It’s pretty newly opened and the service was friendly but not timed perfectly. Our waiter didn’t check on us very often and we probably would have ordered another round of drinks if he’d stopped by to ask. The person working the front door seemed very distracted and didn’t make a good impression.He greeted us, went to check on a table and left us standing there for about 5 minutes. We could see him chatting with another table. Eventually some one else came to seat us. When we left, he was looking at his phone. The tables were spread out and the space is open. I appreciated not being crammed in and having a quieter atmosphere so we could talk.

    From the moment you open the door to Provision Dininghouse in the Triangle, you are in an experience that combines pleasant ambiance; competent, friendly, personable service (Marcos from Corsicana is the epitome of this service); creative, refreshing cocktails and the culinary skills and thoughtfulness made visible in the menu selections are par excellence. (The crispy potatoes especially for me!). And the end of the experience is also memorable as one of the owners may be there to say good-bye and express gratitude for your visit. Conversation with him feels warm, heartfelt and authentic. I have been in the Provision Dininghouse experience multiple times now and each time it seems even better than our last visit. A final comment. After the first visit, I contacted the restaurant with a question. I was delighted as the response was quick, was from the CHEF!, and answer included an invitation to chat in person when next we were in the restaurant. Now you know why this is my favorite dining experience! Dine at Provision Dining House

    Food was delicious! Our cocktails didn't come until after our appetizer and entrée and I got the wrong cocktail. But, once I got the right one it was very good. The dining room was hot and stuffy.
