I love, love, love this restaurant. We've been going there since it opened 20+ years ago, and it never fails to delight us. We love the staff, the food, the experience.

Thank you for your glowing review, and visiting us for the last 20yrs. We are ever so grateful. LIGHTING: Yes, the lighting has been very dim as of late, due to the extremely HOT temperatures in our weather. Our fixtures give out a great deal of heat, so the method of our madness, is to insure you are comfortable temperature wise, as A/C can only do so much in a restaurant when we have triple temps outside, hence dim romantic lighting, even at 5:30pm. Always looking to make our customers happy all around. We only offer indoor dining!!! Sincerely 🥂

Prosecco Trattoria is a gem that we only just discovered, though they've been serving guests for 28 years! A charming and intimate dining room, outstanding service, great menu and terrific food, from salads to fish to pastas to desserts, we tried it all - and our foursome loved it. We'll be back!

This is time-tested favorite— everything has been wonderful the many times I’ve visited, and this time was no exception. To start off the staff were great! As soon as we walked in from the host to the waiter we got excellent service. They definitely put in that extra effort to connect with you. They were extremely friendly and professional. The food they recommend was great! Had the meatballs for appetizer, then the angus steak and cheese ravioli. We were full but still ordered dessert and good thing we did. Their gelato was so good. When asked what was the occasion i mentioned anniversary and they were nice enough to offer us a complementary dessert (forgot what it was called) but that too was so delicious. My girlfriend and I were definitely that we picked this place as our anniversary dinner. We’ll be going back for sure.

This was our first visit to Prosecco Trattoria. The occasion was a birthday for a dear friend who is accustomed to eating at restaurants with ambiance, quality food and excellent service. We chose the restaurant based upon yelp/internet reviews and the visual appeal since we have walked past may times during nightly strolls through Toluca Lake. Our overall dining experience was good, however, we did not feel it that the taste or quality of the food was fitting of the prices. The sauce on the Misto Mare was a bit overcooked, the chicken pasta with artichoke hearts was underwhelming as the pasta itself tasted as though it was not cooked with the sauces and the Tiramisu was lacking the traditional expresso and mascarpone cheese favor. The cost of corkage was a bit high at $30 per bottle, considering that we brought two bottles and the server did not offer to bring fresh glasses for the second bottle. The ambiance was probably the high point of the evening with a very refined decor with beautifully painted wall murals transporting the diners right into an Italian village.

We loved this place. It was exactly what my friend and I were looking for. We have had so much trouble finding a restaurant that doesn't play loud music, serves good food in a refined but casual atmosphere with friendly service and in a convenient location. We have finally found our to-go spot. Even though there was a decent crowd there on a Monday evening, nobody was loud — it's a place where people understand to use their 'inside voice'. The music was soft and pleasant music at low volume. It was the way restaurant music is supposed to be: as background, not as a feature of its own that you have to fight over to be heard. We each had a pasta dish. The food was very good, with fresh ingredients and great combinations, from classic to original. Our food also came out very fast. Our waitress was perfect - attentive and personable without being intrusive. Then there is the bread pudding. I would come back just for this dessert. Wonderful. My friend had the espresso poured over vanilla ice cream and said it was to die for. We parked right on Riverside Dr. and didn't have any issues finding a spot. Do not come here if you want high energy, loud music and a 'hip' (i.e. obnoxious) crowd. Do come here if you're looking for all of the above.

The lobster risotto was full of lobster, delicious and fairly priced. The chicken lasagna filling and flavorful. The meatballs made fresh and moist and the bruschetta with the toasted ciabatta also a winner. Service was spot on and the ambiance charming and great for a dinner date

What a lovely experience we enjoyed last night. The gentleman who greeted us to confirm our reservation was the nicest, warmest, most welcoming, charming man I've met, well maybe ever. When he seated us, we felt like royalty, like he was delighted that we were there. Amazing experience.... The waiter was also great....patient, informative, helpful with choices. The food was delicious, served well and pleasing to the eye. Wines were well chosen, too. Try the Affogato for dessert....great fun. We'll be back....soon!!

Absolutely Fantastic!!! The service was terrific and everyone from the host, server and staff were wonderful. I had the New Zealand Lamb Chops and the were “to die for”! This is a must do in Toluca Lake!

Go for their pasta. It is freshly made and delicious. The vibe is definitely Tuscany inspired which we love because we miss it. Husband had the carbonara and said it was amazing. I had the seafood linguine with white sauce which was light and also yummy. We also ordered the brownie with gelato. The gelato was divine. The brownie tasted like it came out of a box. Sadly there is no parking for the restaurant or valet so it took a minute to find street parking. But it wasn't terrible. All in all, we will definitely add it to our night out dinner rotation. Definitely great for two people. Would not bring more than four as it is an intimate environment.

I had the stripe Bass for dinner it was probably the best fish I’ve ever eaten in my life. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were good to. We asked for a dinner salad that my wife and I would share It was very good, although it was drenched in dressing, which was just OK. I will continue to go back. It’s a great place to have a great meal.
