The wine and food were defintley good I ordered a Napa Groth $90 however the feel is they don't want you to stay. They served me faster than a McDonald's. Usually after ordering a pricey wine (it is good) they should assume you want to enjoy the experience. I sat down a 5:40pm with a bottle of wine and had a check at 6:15pm WTF. I just left and went ot Epic Chop house in Kingsley ordered dessert another bottle Frank Family reserve $150 and enjoyed rest of the night. Sorry but we felt pushed out and I would not go to the bar at Primo . Again food and wine no issue but hey Me and my wife are foodies and wine lovers . Your loss. Not sure I will ever be back .

We will not be back. Waitress was lovely; the busboy although pleasant was annoying. It seemed as if every time we took a sip of water, he came over to refill our glasses. At first, we thought it nice but after 6/7 times we just wanted him to stop as he kept interrupting our conversations. There were 4 people in our party. Only one person enjoyed his food - the appetizer, eggplant rollatini. We started with salads, besides being very overdressed, the lettuce was wilted and turning that reddish/brown color. It just went downhill from there.

This was our first visit and everything was wonderful! The food was all delicious & the service was delightful! I had the spinach gnocchi appetizer and the capellini with the shrimp and they were melt in your mouth delicious! One friend had the beef tenderloin and it was perfectly cooked and could be cut with a butter knife. I tasted it and it was amazing! Another friend had the diver sole and she ate it all before I could get a bite! The bread was out of this world and nice and warm. We will definitely return here when we visit Charlotte again. There were 9 of us and they were also accommodating with separate checks! Highly recommended!!!

We had a quiet and delicious meal at Primo Prime. We took our server Tommi's suggestions and ordered the chopped salad (unusual presentation, but delicious), Scottish salmon and Tagliatelle Bolognese. The entrees were lovely; the salmon cooked beautifully on butternut squash puree, the pasta very rich. Tiramisu for dessert did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

Mixed review on service. Waiter was good but the guy refilling waters grabbed both of our cups by the lip area where we drink. No gloves, no masks, pretty gross. None of the waiters wore masks - definitely disappointing.

First time we've dined here and we will be back! The service was excellent, our waitress was knowledgeable and was able to make recommendations. The food was fabulous -- the gnocchi with oxtail sauce was melt in your mouth delicious. Rack of lamb and veal chops done to perfection. Thank you!
