We were booked in for a birthday treat. Unfortunately when we arrived the restaurant was completely closed and in darkness. We had zero communication from the venue to inform us of its closure, so one cery upset birthday girl.

Made a reservation, received a confirmation email and an email on the day before to check. When we turned up, the restaurant had shut down and clearly been that way for a while judging by the amount of post on the floor.

Made a booking. Arrived at the restaurant only to find it closed with no one in sight. I made repeated attempts to get in touch with the restaurant via both phone and email and still no one has been in touch with me. Unacceptable. Do not make a booking here.

The restaurant has permanently closed and no one could be bothered to let me know so we turned up for our booking for no reason. This was despite getting a text reminder of the booking the day before where you had to confirm if you were still attending the booking. As Porters Steakhouse is still open someone could have cancelled the booking to let me know.

Came here for a bottomless graze with my friend. Was so nice! And I got my own board as I’m gluten and dairy intolerant. Staff were so friendly and helpful with my allergies too. I was just sad I didn’t get any meats and I didn’t ask why as I was so hungry I just wanted to eat.
