Named for the 00 grade of flour used in traditional Italian pizza, Double Zero features creative plant-based and vegan Italian dishes and a wine list featuring organic and bio-dynamic wines. The warm, open dining room is perched on the second floor of Plant City with panoramic views of the Providence River and skyline and features a wrap-around bar overlooking our wood fired pizza hearth.

Named for the Spanish words for kiss and kitchen (beso + cocina), Besina offers Mexican-inspired plant-based cuisine crafted with love and intention. Centered around a wrap-around island bar with an extensive trove of tequila and mezcal, the window-lit dining room offers scenic views of the Providence River and skyline. Enjoy the creative cocktail menu and fresh fare.

It was under staffed the night we went and the service was poor due to that. Basically forgotten, we had to ask for utensils after our food arrived. The food was also lukewarm and I never got the hot sauce I asked for. Love this place but was let down that night. Food was still good.

We ate indoor at Besina. Food was phenomenal, fresh and high quality food beautifully plated. Fairly priced and great service. Highly recommend for everyone not only vegan/vegetarians. Wonderful experience.

Sat outside on a beautiful fall day. It was my first experience and I asked the waitress for a recommendation and she came through with the 'pepperoni' pizza which was very good.

The restaurant seem to be a little understaff but that didn’t stop them from making sure we had a great service and experience ! My wife is vegetarian / I’m not lol she had the Raw lasagna it was amazing , I had a margarita pizza ! Best pizza I had in RI so far ! We plan in coming back once a month for date night !!! Highly recommend ! Ps make sure to get the churros best churros you will ever find !

Drove from Saratoga Springs NY to Providence RI for a foodie road trip. Had lunch and dinner at Plant city. Food is awesome and the service was excellent. Purchased deserts at the "bakery" counter - very delicious droughts and croissants, Plant based food restaurant must-have experience,

It was our first experience at Plant City, from the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were led to the Italian part and the good and service were awesome . Our server was Jackie ,she explained the dishes to us and on her recommendations we loved what we got .Jackie was friendly and efficient , she is an asset to your establishment ..We will definitely be back . 💕

We love eating everything plants, and Plant City delivers beautifully. Only thing is that plant based restaurants can lean heavily on those high carb foods like beans, rice and bread, especially in the world of Mexican dining. Besina’s food was pretty heavy. Wish there would have been a bit more of a salad presence on the plates! But the menu was creative and fun, we enjoyed the atmosphere and service was great. We will be back to try the Italian room!

The nachos were more like pita chips and salsa is kind of a must for nachos. The burrito, although good, had an odd sweetness from the cashew creme and also could have used salsa. Everything was good, just not amazing.

Our first time trying a plant based menu. We had the pizzas and vegetable lasagna. Both were delicious. The server was terrific. She made great suggestions and was very attentive. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, not too busy. Had a great experience and would happily go back again.

Our server, I believe his name was Max, was such a great guy. He was attentive and made sure that my food was gluten free, since I have Celiac Disease. The drinks were SO GOOD. Honorable mention to the bartender….he or she makes a MEAN MARGARITA!!!

First time there- fiance is vegetarian . The decor is funky, fun and even romantic. The servers are lovely and low key- no rush, no invasion of the meal. The plating of the dishes so pretty that we took pictures! The food was excellent, very well seasoned with unexpected sweet & hot tastes in every bite. We are going to make this a frequent destination!

Had the three soft tacos which were good but I didn’t think a great value. What is really amazing is the salad. It’s like $15 and worth every penny. You could have this alone as a meal.

When making a reservation on Open Table, you’re given the choice between the outdoor (burgers, etc) or indoors (Italian or Mexican). We chose indoors, but you when you get there, you have to choose between the Italian and Mexican, even those sections are not physically far apart from each other. And, all the people at your table have to take from the sand menu. There is a decent reason—with different kitchens it’s difficult to get a table’s food out at the same time, but it’s a big negative as far as I’m concerned, and the implications of the choice should be made clear on Open Table.

Our server Lucy was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The Cacio e pepe was AMAZING! Loved the margarita pizza and the DZ salad. Please bring back the olive oil cake!

The primary issue with Plant City is that the more you eat their food, the more taste-less it became ie you appreciate the fresh ingredients BUT their Mexican fare lacks so much flavor, That’s not enjoyable, particularly for a cuisine known for its tastiness.

It was our 1st visit. We left feeling happy and with smiles on our faces. The food was phenomenal, the staff was kind and courteous and very quick. Our drinks never went empty. We plan on going back next week to try another menu.

Food was average when taking into consideration the higher prices. Nachos were great but the rest of the food (burrito and tacos) weren't something we would order again. The food was warm, but not hot which almost felt like it was premade and put under a hot lamp. You have to choose which 'restaurant' you want to order from, so you can't order a pizza and nachos as they are on different menus. The wait staff wasn't very enthusiastic or friendly and the table we were sat at was a very cramped space. Likely would recommend for a vegan to try once for the experience if you haven't been to an all vegan restaurant, however there are better vegan options in Providence.
