Pistache French Bistro
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with large umbrellas and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.
Spectacular as always...the specials are consistently over the top, with wonderful flavor profiles and food combinations. Good wine list and West Palm Beach's "Best Bartender" - Mateo!!!
Another enjoyable evening at Pistache. My wife started with the Moules followed by the Boeuf Bourguignon both were excellent. I started with the Veal Sweetbreads followed by the Moroccan Lamb Shank which were both well presented and tasty. Service was great.
Noise level high. Food mediocre and overpriced. Service rushed. Main course came before appetizer finished and cleared desert just ok came before cappuccino. Wine and sparkling water not attended to. Rush job. Not fine or relaxed dinning for an empty Saturday night
thank you, very friendly and accommodating stuff.
Would definitely go back.
Wonderful, as always. Food was very good and service was exceptional.
Delicious food. Their French specialties are wonderful. The bread is beyond yummy & is imported. The staff is fast, friendly, & knowledgable.
Never had a bad time here. Staff is always great and always take care of my wife and son. Favorite place in West Palm Beach !
Great French bistro. Ambiance is casual but sophisticated and the food is excellent
The outstanding food and service supplemented by extraordinary jazz is incomparable
A retourner. Excellent menu!
Just always perfect!
We love Pistache!!! Fresh delicious food every time we visit this amazing restaurant! The drinks at the bar are great! I love the lavender martini! The charcuterie board to start is delicious and we love the peppered filet!
great food this server was outstanding she was on top of her game.
Always consistently good food in a nice atmosphere. They have a nice outdoor dining area but even if you can't get a table there, you have the feeling of being outside with all the doors wide open to catch the breezes.
You are the best and this is why we go to your place regularly.
On this visit all was outstanding, the food, service with a great atmosphere. My wife started with the mussels and I had the crab salad followed by the duck and the beef bolognese from the specials on that day. Great flavours and sauces.
Food and wine were superb as was the service.
Great food and well priced wine. They were out of the tartiflette and our service was slow and inattentive. I’d definitely return for the yummy food.
They had a jazz band in the bar area which made the dining experience so much more unique
This is a great place, great food
Great menu, lots of great choices , recommended Bordeaux by waiter was outstanding and reasonable.
Outside seating was very pleasant.
Perfect . It is a réal French restaurant . Foie gras delicious. And moules frites and ratatouille Perfect. Réal French bread and salt buter.
Kind and professional service. We will come again
Great French bistro the service was great the food outstanding
Good food & service. Setting on porch was great. Our guests enjoyed the new dining experience.
One of my favorite restaurants when we come to West Palm Beach. For Brunch or Dinner it is outstanding.
Everything from service to food was excellent! It’s also very enjoyable to eat on the patio overlooking the common area park. However inside seating with the floor to ceiling doors allows the outside to come in.
A wonderful Friday Evening.
I recently moved here and have dined here four times. My experiences with the food have been wonderful. The service was bad the first time, excellent the second and third. Last Friday night I was with a couple from Philadelphia who have been friends for many years, we hadn’t seen each other in a long time and wanted to catch up. Our waiter took our drink order and asked if we were ready to order. I responded that we would like our drinks and a little time. He came back after we had our cocktails and asked if we were ready. I said not yet. He came back a few moments later an asked if we were attending the theater. I again said no. A few minutes later he came back and asked us to order. Enough! We did.
Two of the three appetizers arrived, one was not ours. This was replaced a bit later and no appetizer for me. I had ordered the Escargot. If you like little balls of rubber in butter, parsley and garlic you will love these. I did not finish them. I was not asked if anything was wrong. The rest of our dinner went smoothly and everything else was delicious. A serious restaurant like this must have a staff that understands its clientele. I do have another reservation here with friends from Baltimore and sincerely hope I will not be embarrassed again.
Food was very good!! Service was perfect. Not to fast but not slow at all. Highly recommended
Food was melt in your mouth good! The venison with juniper berries was so tender it cut cleanly without a knife. The steak and beef bourgougne were close seconds! A bit of Paris in WPB!
Food great as it usually is. The service was warm efficient and friendly. The wine list was adequate. Must return. Menu varied and interesting.
Excellent happy hour appetizers, attentive bartender!
Enjoyable way to spend a couple of early evening hours.
The restaurant is well appointed. The service was attentive for the most part, courteous and present when required. The food was indifferent, absolutely indifferent. It is sort of French, but not really. They should do much much better from the kitchen. The price is as one would expect but the food is not equal to it. I would never go again.
Flies and mosquitoes were an issue from the door being open sitting at the front table behind the greeter. Other than that, the experience was great.
We love Pistache. The food is consistently delicious, especially the cauliflower tabbouleh. Every dish we’ve ordered has come out well prepared and seasoned.
Our meal was excellent as usual but service from the kitchen was a little on the slow side but our server kept us fully informed of progress so it did not impact on an enjoyable evening.
Made a reservation for their patio. Table was perfect and comfortable. We were going to the theater and the server was aware that we needed to be out on time and was very accommodating. Washington Post sound up the situation is playing with Dave was very attentive Santa, dating but the lovely personality. And we should KMan perfect play and everything was delicious. I would absolutely go there again, even if I wasn’t going to the theater next-door
Waitress was new or untrained, compounded with arrogance and disregard for costumer service. To top it off, she double charge every meal we ordered. Due to her incompetence we lost an hour sorting out the bill with the manager. We’ll never step foot there again.
We’ve been there twice. Both times the food was excellent - a little pricey but very good. I don’t think they had valet and there is no paring at the restaurant so both times we had to park 6 blocks away
After viewing Pistache on several occasions, it hard to find more words to describe the Pistache experience. So, suffice it to say, Pistache is one of the reasons we chose to live in West Palm Beach. It is fun, it’s good (actually great) food, ambience, variety of foods, great bar, well we just love Pistache!
