Phở, (pronounced fuh) is the Vietnamese national dish; an aromatic & delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please. The addition of these herbs, & the sauces you see on the table, are an essential part of eating phở & add another dimension to the dish, tailoring it to your own personal tastes. Our broths are made in each restaurant by slowly simmering bones for a good 12 hours & it's this authentic preparation that is key to phở retaining all its goodness & developing its own distinctive tastes & aromas. Food is great, however not a good booking system for groups over 10 people. I needed a table for 22 persons (company executives). I was told to book online for 2 x 10 persons and make a note that there will be 22 people in total. Firstly, the online booking system only lets you book 1 x table of 10. So I called the restaurant and was assured that a table for 22 would be available. On arrival on 17th May, there was only a reservation for 10 people. My manager had to made a fuss in order to get enough tables for 22 people (which he got in the end). Clearly this online booking system does NOT work for large groups. We love Pho but it does make us wary of booking for a large party again.

Amazing food, first time experiencing Vietnamese cuisine. Friendly and efficient staff. Great atmosphere, even if the background music was a little loud. I would have liked to have had a knife/fork/spoon on the table rather than asking for them - not everyone is proficient with chop sticks! Have recommended to friends already.

Going to theatre Drink stood on the side so long that the ice melted, before it was brought to the table ( I had to ask waitress to bring it- it was on the side for at least 10 minutes). Staff seemed to be more focused on bagging up Deliveroo orders. The ‘ambient’ music was too loud and too bass heavy for a restaurant

I'd searched the Internet looking for low carb and they did cauliflower rice, ideal I thought. And guess what they'd ran out of 😢. It took 3 attempts before they turned the aircon off as was freezing. Putting these aside the food was really good and great vfm. As a sweetener they took a round of drinks off the bill for the inconvenience caused.

Pho has a very lively environment and excellent service , but the summer roll was chewey and the chicken was very rubbery. The wok noodles was over cooked and the prawns tasted very funny. The classic chicken curry was delightful and flavourful. Must have if u visit. Have had better Vietnamese food in Bristol . The environment makes up for the lack of taste at this place . Very Instagram worthy .

I have been before and loved it! This time I ordered the Pho mushroom and tofu broth. It was really not very nice, pretty inedible. I know it could've said something but it was my birthday and I just wanted to have a nice time and not make a fuss. My husband had a really tasty meal and the staff were lovely and friendly throughout.

Food was so so good and really reasonable too. So fresh and aromatic. We had the Prawn and Vegan summer rolls, House Pho, Prawn Pho and vegan pho. All we're amazing! Service got better but slow start. Took ages for drinks to come out and they forgot water and Prawn crackers that we ordered. Would definitely visit again though, just incase it was an off day.

Pho has always been great but right now there are so many delivery orders that the whole service inside the actual restaurant is compromised. The same staff and facilities have to cater for much much more customers than what the restaurant supports so everything is extra slow. Big shame because the food is great!

Food was interesting and tasty, and the service was good. We ate on a Saturday night and the restaurant was lively and full, but the music was set at a good volume so even though tables were close together, the conversation felt private enough. There was a queue outside though, so recommend booking ahead.

Our favourite location for a date night! This place has become so special to me and my partner. We make the 45 minute journey as often as we can to always be greeted with happy faces, helpful staff, outstanding service and AMAZING food. Would go here every night if I could!! Perfect for a date night, casual food and meeting friends to catch up. Would always recommend Pho Bristol.

The food was a bit underwhelming. The friend spring rolls were good, but the sauce was not that great. We really enjoyed the summer rolls. The pork and rice was good, but did not overwhelm and not truly authentic. The chicken and noodles were bland and cold.

Food generally good! Vegan Chicken in Summer Rolls was rubbery, no reason to deviate from traditional Tofu there imo. Beet, Carrot, Apple & Ginger juice was watery, should have stuck to tap. Service was great! Staff have same hairstyle, either a coincidence or a fun and slightly contrived touch.
