   We have multiple food intolerances, and Pho is brilliant in accommodating them. Food is always delicious, fresh l, and comforting and drinks super-tasty and uplifting. Pho gets our vote anytime, and our family of 4 visits every Saturday.

   Very good food with average service. This establishment follows what is becoming an increasingly irritating practice where it automatically adds 12.5% service charge to the bill. Naturally I asked the waiter to change it to a more appropriate charge of 5% which he did without protest

   Food was nice and service was ok. They got my order wrong which was replaced but still was wrong again. in the end couldn't be bother in asking another plate. but overall visit was ok.

   A very friendly and relaxed restaurant with a great vibe. We really enjoyed our food and the service was great. A little pricey for what you actually receive but that’s Brighton for you with high overheads!!

    Delicious food, such a friendly staff but because all restaurant was full, waitresses were very busy so we had to wait couple minutes longer but we had no problem with that. Maybe head office can add extra person during weekends?

    Service was minimal, forgetful and insincere. Service charge was added at the end which i don't like removing as people are paid badly but the mood of the staff would suggest it's not a nice place to work.

    The staff greeted me as soon as I entered so no waiting around to be seen, I am autistic and don’t like really loud music so I moved to a seat that was as far away from the speakers as possible but I think there needs to be more choice and maybe the music not being so loud so you can hear what the other persons saying without shouting, my friend is hard of hearing and it’s quite hard to shout through the meal. The service was really good, I like that they immediately bought over water for the table, they were very accommodating to my dietary needs and it made it a nice and chilled experience as usually it becomes stressful negotiating around a menu when you can’t eat certain things. The food was really nice, I ate the lot! Had a nice cocktail too and didn’t have to wait for very long for it to come to the table. I booked online and it did give you the option to request anything ‘special’ it was my 40th birthday but it seems that this hadn’t been noticed by the people who could see my booking, it would have been nice for them to acknowledge this and maybe do something special like a cocktail for free or something along those lines. Other feedback would be you need cushions along the fixed seating that are like a bench, the table is really far forward which means you can’t sit with you back against the back of chair and you have to perch on the edge of the seat with no back support!! Extremely uncomfortable and had to move. The restaurant is also very cold!! Every time the doors opens it causes a wind tunnel and if you sit around the door area then you just constantly get cold air blown at you every time the door opens! Overall good experience, just a few things that could make it a bit more special, food was nice, service great.

    Great food, very filling and friendly staff, the only minor criticism, it was slightly dark so trying to see the menu was difficult. Apart from that totally recommend it to anyone.

    I think this is somewhere to go for a quick tasty bite rather than a relaxing evening chatting with friends or family. The front area of tables is dark and extremely noisy with loud music playing. We couldn't see the menu or hear each other talking! We did move and got a slight improvement. The restaurant is clearly set up for a lot of takeaways, and not sure if this impacts on service. The staff were friendly but very casual. Drinks arrive haphazardly and it wasn't a big problem until you realise at the end that a 12.5% service charge is added to the bill.

    Great option for people with coeliac disease and food intolerances; food is fresh and aromatic (in particular Pho), fresh juices are super-tasty, mint tea is superb, even cocktails are really well made. We love Pho and visit every Saturday (either as a family or as a couple)

    I love Pho, but on this occasion, we had 4 different waiting staff, we had to keep asking for simple things like cutlery. The most dissapointing thing, was the grease all over the floors, especially on the floor tiles in the toilets. It was like an ice rink, so dangerous. I reported it to a member of staff immediately who told me they had just cleaned. I'd say the mop was dirty and probably used in the kitchen too, hence the oil. Even the restaurant floor was like it. The food was lovely as always though. But given we dont get to eat out much, this experience wasn't the best.

    The weather was awful so not many people in the restaurant unfortunately, but the food was fantastic and excellent value. As it was pretty empty and a Sunday night, they naturally wanted to close the restaurant at 10ish, but that meant that our evening ended a little abruptly - we would have liked to stay to have another drink or a coffee ideally, so it felt like we were being kicked out. A shame but possibly understandable. Nevertheless we will be back for the food!

    Excellent food and the safest place I've eaten for coeliac, I also feel relaxed eating there and my guests absolutely loved it too, they are both vegetarian so eating out can be tricky for us altogether. Highly recommend, cocktail was also delicious

    Appreciate it was a very busy Friday night but the service was pretty poor other than the actual ordering. It took a long time for ordering another round of drinks and clearing mains and no-one was very attentive. It was very loud music and lots of big groups in. Food wasn't as good as it's used to be.
