My husband and I were celebrating our 2nd year wedding anniversary for a couple of days, and we chose PF Chang for our second restaurant to dine at. Our waitress Shaye was AWESOME!! She is so sweet and professional, and she made sure our dining experience was special. She was such a jewel. There should be more Shaye's because she was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much, Shaye, for being such a wonderful person💞

Finding the door to get in was challenging. But ok. Once I book the open table a free lettuce wraps came up but I didn’t see it until the next day. We did order that. Would have been nice if we could have had a free appetizer.

The place is always predictable, you're going to get good meal, good value and pleasant surroundings. Add an attentative and pleasant server like Kim and it makes for a lovely evening with friends.

I normally love the food here, but something has changed. The food came out fairly quickly, but it didn't taste fresh. My ribs were not hot and the sweet & sour chicken seemed like it was frozen. It lead me to believe that the food is being pre-cooked. The food used to be so tasty and fresh. Not anymore.

Service great, food was hot and fast, noisy and crowded plus the construction outside had the front entrance closed so that was a little bit of a challenge, overall everything was ok but expensive for what you get - I guess typical now a days!

We had an excellent waiter who helped us make good dinner choices. Fairly quiet which was nice. For our friends we met there, it was their first time at P F Changs and they were very satisfied with the experience.

I was very impressed with my latest visit to PF Chang in Troy. It was Mother’s Day weekend. I had reservations, I was on time. I was promptly sat at my table…no additional wait time! My server was courteous, attentive and brought the food out in a timely manner. Great job, during a busy time in the restaurant. I will definitely come back! My food and cocktails were tasty! You made my bday celebration extra special .

When we arrived we were seated promptly. Our server greeted us with a smile. We placed our order and we were served promptly. The food and service were very good. We like PF Chang’s because of their scratch kitchen and will return. Recommend the Caesar salad. Incredible how good it is. Also banana tempura is a must order for dessert.

We go to PF Changs for a quick consistent meal. Food was slow to get and when it arrived the rice was cold and we had to send it back. Strange as this chain is usually so consistent.

PF Changs, Troy location never disappoints. The food quality and taste are always good and makes for a great group dinner or a date night. Or, if you just want to sit at the bar and have a cocktail and have a little dinner on your own - you will still be satisfied.

This has always been one of our favorite restaurants when we come to town, sadly the restaurant has gone downhill. This Visit started bad right when we walked in the door, couldn't find our reservation, waited, they sat multiple other tables, than "oh sorry found it", brought us to the table "sorry still dirty dishes" go back to lobby, back to table soaking wet, literally a puddle on my seat, had to go ask for a towel, unreal. Waiter came - he grabbed three water glasses from the bar, than proceeded to grab a wet bar rag off the counter and wipe the inside of the glasses with it right in front of us, uh no thanks, needless to say none of us drank any water. Lettuce wraps had zero lettuce we could use for wraps, all was shredded with holes, diner came cold. We couldn't wait to get out of there, unfortunately took us forever to try and signal the waiter for the bill. Staff used to be very attentive and you could tell they enjoyed working there, not sure how the Staff currently working there even have jobs, they are miserable and it shows. Unfortunately won't be back.
