   For my son’s 14th birthday we brought him to PF Chang’s in Towson. He loved the decor and remarked how authentic it seemed. The food and drinks were served quickly and as ordered, everything was great! Shoutout to Precious and Kellen for providing us with fantastic service. 10/10 would recommend, and would go back again.

   We had a great experience this weekend. 4 adults, 4 children, attentive and patient service. The drinks were creative and delicious. The food was fantastic and consistent with the brand. And the dessert was so fun and huge! Our only complaint was the plates weren’t cleared in between courses. We look forward to being bringing PF changs back into the rotation.

   Cleanliness of restroom was shocking. Outdoor seating was not up to par and no server was available. We were forced to sit inside on such a beautiful day. They even had someone sitting in their outdoor area eating fast food. In door service and quality was lacking in comparison with past years. Really disappointed in overall fee, food, presentation, service and quality. Will not be returning.

    I was celebrating my birthday. The only concern I have is that John didn’t tell me that fried rice was an extra cost. I ordered the Peking Duck and I asked what his recommendations was regarding rice.

    Let's start with the good stuff. Our server was great! He had several tables and our table of 7. He was nice and friendly. Lately, that is hard to come by, but he did an excellent job. One of the reasons you got a 3 and not a 2. He gets a 5 star. Parking was convenient if you can fid a spot in the garage. The bad. The two at the hostess stand were ..ehhh. Seemed annoyed that we were there. I would give them a 2 star probably The spoons for the soup were dirty. We had to send back several. Some of the plates were dirty too. The portions are small for the price. The eggroll appetizer was just 1 egg roll cut in 4 bite size pieces.

    The food was bland, the server was unknowledgeable about menu and how dishes were prepared, this just wasn’t the typical PF Changs dinner. My daughter didn’t even eat her dish. We were quite disappointed.

    Awesome food, clean, great vibe in the restaurant. We were seated near the bar and the bartender served us which took away from our service experience as he would focus more on the other servers and talking to his customers at the bar then to us.

    Experience with OpenTable was flawless, and we were taken directly to our table. The restaurant was exactly as we expected it to be. PF Changs is one of our favorites, so we frequent the chain often. I left my purse in the restaurant, and when I called they said they had found it and were holding it for me. I picked it up the next day and was grateful for their attention to it!

    The food is definitely fresh. I didn't taste any article flavors. The music was night. The candles and the 1st date celebration menu was marvelous. I love the basic set up to our table.

    We were in town for a funeral, so tired, hungry, and cranky. We were seated then ignored at the restaurant at the hotel. Cheesecake Factory had a 45 minute wait. Grabbed a reservation at PF Chang's and walked over. We were seated after a few minutes, and Ashley came over and introduced herself. She was personable and helpful. We ordered drinks, and the bar was a little backed up, but she let us know what was going on. The food was fresh, hot, and good, as usual with PF Chang's. Ashley's service, however, was on a level I've never experienced from a chain restaurant. She offered suggestions, checked in just often enough, and in general took care of us that evening. She made our dinner much more pleasant than I expected, given our circumstances. I would recommend the restaurant based on her service alone.

    The wait staff needs some training on timing. Also, the time between being seated and receiving a drink order is far to long. Finally, I have to park in a building that does not have direct access to the restaurant. I had to cut through another establishment to get back into the complex.

    Surprisingly, all of the food we ordered came out excellent. We ordered pork fried rice with no bean sprouts but when it came , still had bean sprouts so we had it sent back and they replaced it . Other than that, excellent taste from our appetizers to our main courses. Will come back to this location again

    We had to wait over 15 minutes for our reservation, but it was quite crowded on a Saturday, so we went along with that. Our waitress was very pleasant, but our cocktails took forever to come. Also our wine - which we ordered in time to be drunk with dinner- did not arrive until we had almost finished eating. Also - we really miss the 3 sauce "mix" that we use to enjoy with our appetizers and entrees. The sauce that is presented now is very substandard. I know you haven't had the 3 sauces in a long time, but we still miss them because they were so much better than the current ones. Given the poor standard of service and the disorganized, overcrowded atmosphere, I'm not sure we'll be back. Very disappointing all around.

    Sushi was disappointing but entrees were delicious as usual. We always get the melon shrimp & Mongolian beef. Although they brought out the entrees almost immediately after bringing out the appetizers. Service was pretty slow even though it was empty. Overall, it was OK.
