Food is good. Portions ok on protein they usually short you compared to other places. Service is hit or miss. It’s mostly mediocre service at best. I notice the last few times we went that the server assistants are nicer than the actual server we get . Food tastes good.

Had a reservation at 2:30 thru OpenTable and they said there systems didn’t integrate. They wanted me to wait 30 minutes extra when the place had over 20 tables available. They need to hire more staff or just close down.

We used to go to PF Changs at the Village at least once a week. Now we will probably never go again. Our previous visit we arrived for dinner at approximately 5:30 pm. There were many open tables. We were told there would be at least an hour wait since we didn’t have a reservation. This time we made a reservation and we’re told we would have to wait at least 20 min before we could be seated. The food isn’t worth the wait.

Hadn't been there for a long time so decided to return. Chose to dine outside, which was comfortable but a little loud given only a few tables were occupied. We had a good waitress, and service was solid. Prices are high given the type of restaurant and cuisine, and I'll rate the food as so-so. Quantity was good, but my Mongolian beef was over-cooked/tough, and the rice was lumpy. My wife's shrimp with lobster sauce was better though a bit bland. I had the house pilsner beer, which I would not get again at $7.50, for what I thought was no better than Miller.

PF Chang’s was excellent. Open table app did not communicate reservation as led to believe. PF Changs said this application doesn’t work well with them and that in the future book reservation directly with them to ensure reservation.

We used to go to this PF Changs at least once a week. Last time we went they turned us away because we didn’t have a reservation. We made a reservation this time. Took the waitress 15 min after we sat down to take our drink order. We ordered the lettuce wraps; they say they are enough for four people. We got exactly two lettuce wraps out of it for $18. Not a value. Food came and was not flavorful. My meal had a quarter inch of sauce on it that looked and tasted like beef gravy. It was all very difficult to eat as you are only given a fork and the pieces of meat and vegetables are cut so large that you can’t fit them in your mouth. Too bad. We won’t be back.

Staff do not seem to be well trained. From the front desk to the servers. The restaurant was nit busy, probably less than 25% of tables in use, yet servers were not on top on things.

Service was really bad. The server was new and not trained at all. We were three of us for the business meeting and he did not take the drinks order from one of us. He also got us a wrong dish for one of my clients. It was not only disappointing but was embarrassing also. Food was great like always. Please train this server. I don’t think it was his fault but he should have been trained well. Thanks much.

The wait staff was very short with us and did nothing to make us feel welcomed. She was not pleasant either - could be she was having a bad night but we felt it. The food was not served together and several items were forgotten. There was a 30 min delay from the first person to be served to the rest of our party. The food was good but we will do take out next time

I had the Singapore Street noodles and while the dish was good, I was disappointed in the lack of vegetables, which seemed more like they came out of a cole slaw bag. Not just PF's but I've noticed other restaurants skimping on their portions and ingredients. I just won't order that dish next time, but I do enjoy the food overall.

The music was so loud you have to scream for others to hear you. Our waiter couldn’t hear us. We asked multiple times they have the music turned down. All you could hear was everybody’s voices throughout the restaurant because everyone was so loud talking because no one could hear each other. The food was OK lack flavor. Won’t go again

This was the first time i have been here since the menu change. Lettuce Wraps are still on the menu so all is well!! Service was good and friendly and when something wasnt quite rifht we were addressed by a chef and it waz corrected without hesitation. Clean table and area.

It was excellent. We split the Mongolian beef and changs chicken and it was delicious. (Our personal favorites). Service was excellent. A good night on a crummy weather day.

Too noisy to talk with friends (we are seniors). Food was good, esp the crunchy mandarin salad and the salmon. Friends had the fab Mongolian beef. Chicken & shrimp with curry dish was a bit too soupy. GREAT service! Special treat for the birthday girl was a nice touch.
