The waiter makes all the difference. Ate here 3 months ago and had a great waiter who made the experience great. This time, the waiter acted as if he didn't want to be working that night. Not attentive at all, and frankly not a great waiter. Made for a very mediocre experience.

All food was over cooked and dry. Restaurant was basically empty at the time of reservation, they offered us a choice of table and we selected a round 5 top, even though there was only 4 of us so we would have space for all of the dishes and then they said we couldn’t have that table. The restaurant got new chairs for their tables and they are extremely uncomfortable. The seat backs are too short as are the seat bottom depth was very short as well hitting at an uncomfortable point on the back of my thigh. We got 2 orders of lettuce wraps and asked for a large bowl of the sauce with the extra (hot mustard, chili sauce) so we could mix it to our own likening. They said ok, brought our app and we asked the food runner for the sauces again. He told us they no longer had hot mustard. We were disappointed and would not of ordered 2 appetizers had we known there was no hot mustard. He asked if we still wanted the chili sauce and we said yes. Then our server came out and we asked about the hot mustard again and he said that they had just run out for today only. So I asked well what is in the base sauce if you are out of hot mustard, he didn’t know how to answer that. About 10 minutes later as we were about to complain, magically an entire bowl of hot mustard came to fruition in the kitchen and was brought to our table. Overall experience was very poor and I will not be back anytime soon

Haven’t been to PF Changs in years, but wanted to take my teenage boys for the first time for their birthday. The shrimp tempura, lettuce wraps, and pork dumplings were all good, but our main courses were mediocre (Changs Spicy Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Orange Chicken). They were served warm, but not hot. Quality has definitely gone downhill over the years.The bathrooms are dingy.

Made a reservation thru Open Table the day of, and when we arrived were told they were running a little behind. A half an hour past our reservation time I approached the hostess to ask how much longer and was told that the OpenTable system does not sync with their reservation system. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Super disappointing experience.

We arrived for our reservation, which was made about 10 minutes before we arrived, and were told that Open Table does not connect to P.F. Chang's table reservation system, so Open Table shows reservations that do not really exist. But they then said it should only take about 10 minutes more for us to be seated, which would be our actual reservation time, to which we said that was fine. 30 minutes later, we checked at the hostess stand and were told there were still an additional TEN reservations before us. I asked why they said it should only be 10 minutes initially if they (obviously) knew it would be significantly longer, and their response was "we HOPED it would be." Come on, seriously?? There was a male employee at the hostess stand that I can only assume was either a host or the manager who repeatedly apologized while I was speaking to the hostess. If they'd had just been honest said it would be 45 min to an hour, I would have left and made plans to come back when it wasn't so busy. Clearly, they misrepresented the wait time, and I don't believe it was a mistake, so I don't accept the apology as sincere. It's too bad, too, because now instead of returning when it's not so busy I will not return at all. I don't know if their blaming Open Table is true or not, but if they know it's an issue, then they shouldn't be on Open Table at all. Our reservation was not completed, as they indicated, and we left the restaurant.

Sat at the bar the chairs were dirty. The seat cracks should be free from food and debris. I don’t think they are regularly cleaned.

Server was nice and efficient. Rice was dry and chicken overcooked. Most disappointing is that restaurant was filthy - windows and floors at entryway look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks so I can’t imagine the state of the kitchen. Broken/mangled vent at the floor in entryway is an eyesore.

Went there for a birthday dinner for my wife. We were blown away by the experience we had this time. Food was outstanding; waiter Dominic was beyond perfect and really made the evening special and the birthday souffle just topped off the dinner!!

Our reservation was for 7:30p. Was told that they can’t really honor the reservation and don’t know when we be seated. Had to wait 25 minutes before being seated. Was told to call corporate and complain.

Horrible Management. I went in an was told there was an hour wait but open table had a reservation available within 15 minutes but they refused to honor that and said that Open Table had made a mistake. Booked another restaurant within 15 minutes which worked perfectly.

We celebrated my parents' 45th Anniversary here and it couldn't have been better! We never felt rushed and the appetizers and food were spread out with perfect timing. The decor is lovely and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Our server, Matt, was extremely friendly, made us laugh and took great care of us! The food was all amazing. My meal seemed a little overcooked and since I don't typically eat at this style of restaurant, I wasn't sure what to expect as a standard. Therefore, I just assumed it was the type of dish I ordered and didn't say anything to the staff. When they took it back to box it up for me, they realized that it was very well done and said they were going to take it off or remake it. They ended up doing both even though I said it wasn't necesssary. The way Matt & the manager handled it was WAY above and beyond any service I have every experienced at a restaurant and I went home to tell my friends about how blown away I was that they approached me with the "issue" and solutions without me even bringing it up to begin with. That is integrity and passion for what you do and shows that their quality expectations & customer experience are to the max. I greatly appreciate them and I wish I had the manager's name as well to give him a shout out! We were there on Sat, May 27, 2023 if anyone knows the gentleman's name. Go check them out! You won't regret it!!! : D

It took forever to get a waitress to come to our table. We had to wait to get in even though we had reservations, Very slow service. Kitchen backed up. Canceled dessert because it was taking so long and then it took forever just to get the bill.. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

This was my wife's and my 1st time eating at PFC. Went for our 7-year anniversary. Walking in everything was great. Elegant look not overly loud. Our waiter was amazing assisting us with the menu and giving us recommendations based on what most people and his favorite things on the menu. for app. we ordered the lettuce wraps... so good. Loved them. Then we ordered Kung pao chicken and Mongolian beef for dinner with fried rice. The rice was really good. Not the best I've had but good. The issue was neither of the entrees we ordered appealed to either of us. I have heard such great things about this restaurant that we were shocked how not happy with the dinners we were. It's really bad when my wife made a comment on how she would rather eat our local take out instead of ever going back to PFC. Won't lie... I have buyer's remorse after dropping $100.00 on this meal. I don't like doing reviews most of the time. My views are normally mine. However, the buyer's remorse on that meal is really affecting me...

As usual P. F. Chang never disappoints! Took my mom there for her 80th birthday and they were very accommodating! We had wine at the recommendation of our waiter Peter. Her food was brought to the table hot and shareable. We will return.

Food not the same as other locations. Lacking flavour. Have been a PF CHANGS customer for many years and always order the same favourites. Will not be returning to this location. It seemed like an outlet store version, serving up food court caliber food.
