   Was very disappointing. Food was wrong and not a nice presentation. The manager compensated us so that was good. The food was not good. Won’t return unfortunately.

   What a great choice for a fabulous Father’s Day dinner with my dad!! Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by the friendly hostess. Even though we arrived early, we were seated quite quickly, and were soon approached by our wonderful server, Star. Everything was fabulous, from our tasty Sangria to our delicious main dish of Peking Duck which we both ordered. We will definitely be back soon!

    Good was very good as usual, and very abundant. Any item you choose is for at least two persons to share. We chose to have dinner outside, as it is much quieter than inside, at this time of the year, it is not too hot outside. The waiter was very efficient, and gave a great service.

    What happened to PF. Chang’s ? Food used to be great And tonight two of our meals were inedible. So disappointing and we would never return. Place was dumpy and be surprised if I survive without some kind of stomach issue. Alot of chaos checking in as they had no record of my reservation but it was ultimately found so yiurslef a favor

    We arrived 15 minutes early but the hostess told us she just gave away the last outdoor table and tried to get us to sit inside, which we weren’t comfortable with due to COVID. She told us it would be a 40 minute wait. We went for a short walk and noticed an empty table on the patio. When we came back in she told us, quite rudely, that we couldn’t have that table so as not to overload the servers. Fortunately, the manager came by and promptly seated us. The hostess glared at us annoyed. Great food but horrible hostess- won’t return! A hostess should exemplify customer service.

    So this place used to be the place to eat. That wat then, today it’s no more than a sub-par Chinese restaurant. Let’s start by saying that the server was careless and insensitive. I ordered shrimp dumplings steamed and arrived at my table cold form the fridge. I told the waiter and it was sent back. He tells me it was not for my table, as if anyone orders it cold. All he had to do is say sorry. So simple! Moved to the entrees which tasted as if it was ordered from another Chinese restaurant and served to me. Let’s say that this is not going to be a repeat experience. The place was half empty and that is simply proof that they let the Place go. I know, it’s so hard to find help, the kitchen is working out kinks and yet other places are thriving. No, it’s easy to keep giving excuses, specially when rent is due and you have to tell the landlord you can’t pay. Think about it, if the service was good and the food was good , then business would be great. Bye bye bye PF Changs.

    The hostess sat 2 parties right next to us while there were several other socially distanced options. Made no sense. Plus the sauces on our entrees were mixed up. This is usually a great reliable option for us but subpar this visit.

    Amazing very good evening, our service was amazing and keep us informed all the time. Food took a little longer but the restaurant was busy in Christmas eve. You can tell not enough stuff in the restaurant. totally understandable and forgiven we spent a pleasant evening. Thx

    Overall the experience was very enjoyable from making the reservation to having the meal. They took great care regarding safety considering the pandemic. The server was good but needed to be prompted once or twice. He forgot one of our drinks and had to be reminded about it ;But he rebound quickly and got the drink delivered very shortly there after even if it was at the end of the meal.

    I'm glad I tried this restaurant out again. Last time I came was over 15 years ago and I did not like what I ordered. This time I had the combo Lo mein, Mongolian beef, ribs, chicken dumpling- everything was perfect! Will definitely visit PF Chang's more often.
