We were celebrating my husband birthday, it wasn’t a usual P. F Chang’s night… it was kinda noisy… waitresses kept breaking glasses… the family beside us was extremely loud… usually it’s quiet in there… the food wasn’t like last time… my food was cold… didn’t wanna send it back… was scared they might do something to my food… my husband didn’t enjoy his birthday…

I absolutely love PF Chang’s, as I travel. I do like stopping at them. I was seated and sat there what felt to be 30 minutes, was probably more like 10 to 15 minutes. The restaurant was not very busy, and no one acknowledged me. I went through the whole menu and already decided exactly what I wanted. but couldn’t get anyone’s attention . I left, even the hostess didn’t look up or acknowledge me. After getting back to the car, being hungry and knowing exactly what I wanted, I did it to go order. Instead of be ready in 20 minutes, I went inside to pick it up at that time and the gentleman said they were out of lobster for my meal, which was lobster shrimp fried rice. I asked why didn’t I get a phone call, the young server had no idea, later found out it was his first day. now wanting to just walk away yet very hungry and knowing what I wanted to eat, I asked them to add more shrimp to the dish. He checked with the manager and they did so. The food was good, although I really was looking forward to that lobster tail. The manager never came by, acknowledged me, or apologized. The young man working at the go-order had no idea of the procedures in such a situation. I left very dissatisfied

We had a 6:30 reservation. We were told when we arrived that it would be atleast a 45 minute wait due to lack of staffing. The manager was just standing at the hostess stand instead of trying to help the servers. The bartender had no customers and was also just standing around..

Disappointing service and uneven execution P.F. Chang’s is usually one of my reliable choices when traveling because I know what to expect. Unfortunately, this Memphis visit missed the mark. I made my reservation through OpenTable, but the hosts initially had trouble locating it and checking me in. Once seated, my server, Jessie, was polite, but the service felt scripted rather than attentive to what was happening at the table. I ordered the beef with broccoli, white rice, and a Buddha Mai Tai. The entrée arrived before my cocktail. The beef and broccoli were hot and tasted good, but the rice arrived cold, sticky, and lumpy. I asked for fresh rice, and the replacement was warmer but still not particularly hot. The biggest issue was the overall timing and lack of engagement. Nothing was disastrous, but the experience never came together. After a long workday, I wanted the consistent, comfortable dinner I normally associate with P.F. Chang’s, and this visit simply didn’t deliver. I finished dinner, ordered the key lime pie to go, and headed back to my hotel. The food itself had some good points, but service and execution need improvement at this location.

The only thing I noticed is that I booked the table and there was no acknowledgment from the receptionist. Most restaurants they call you by name and lead you to your table: It seems you don’t have to book a table they will just seat you as a working.

We had not been in years and wanted to use a gift we found in a desk. . was pleasantly surprised at the genuine friendliness of the hostess and our server and with the taste and quality do the food. . We won't wait so long to go back.

Dinner was pure pleasure! Gabe was friendly,helpful,and very attentive! Our app of fried green beens was delicious and my veggie fried rice with tofu was actually the best i remember ever eating! My partners chicken fried rice was equally appreciated,AND leftovers!!!! Thankyou for a great dining experience!
