    What happened to PF Changs? Wow! The place used to be great and known for their quality. Boy has it gone down. I have had better Chinese food from a box. It took 30 minutes to bring out our Luke warm food, which was saturated with boring salty sauces. Everything seemed like it came from a production line. Needless to say, last time we will be going. I guess another victim to the industrialization of food in this Country. Everything nowadays is a chain I guess.

    We initially arrived when few were there and the restaurant began to fill up as we ate. The fried dumplings were burnt. The rest of the food was just ok. It all tasted like they went to the local H‑E‑B, picked up some frozen Chinese food and heated it up. Way overpriced. The service was decent.

    We decided to go last minute because the kids were hungry and we thought it would be quick and easy. It ended up being a 2 hour meal because it took over an hour to get our food. The restaurant was initially pretty empty. As the seats filled up around us, people around us seemed to get their food more timely so I suspect the waiter forgot to put our order in. Our waiter was MIA at one point and then seemed annoyed when we asked about the food. When the food arrived some of it was cold but otherwise the quality was about what you’d expect. Maybe it was a bad night but will personally never dine there again.

    Make a reservation and got there to be told i was in “ in line” apparently a reservation gets you on ANOTHER wait list. Ended up waiting 40 minutes after i showed up. Plus there was empty tables and their reasoning for that was “ the bar couldnt handle drink orders “. I even expressed we weren’t getting drinks from the bar. Was ignoring.

    The restaurant was not able to locate our OpenTable reservation. Once I showed my OpenTable confirmation email, they put me on their waiting list. I received no service and the restaurant was very disorganized. The restaurant does not deserve any star.

    As a solo diner I was sat at the bar. The servers on the night that I was there were very attentive and pleasant. I had a wonderfully cooked meal. Surrounded by great decor and ambience

    Very nice place to have a dinner date … parking garage across the street plus the Galaria Mall is right next door soo you can take a nice stroll through the mall afterwards 😍

    Cena de navidad , no aceptaron la reservación de open table y nos tocó esperar 30 minutos para que nos centaran afuera en el frío La verdad yo siempre iba al otro citio en river oaks,; pensé k pork lo movieron iba hacer mejor y NO ame gusto
