Always amazing food, service and atmosphere at Pastiche!
Stevie and Matt were great. They walked us through every cocktail with the utmost patience nad even suggested some really good pairings.
The tequilla was not run off the mill random ones but a smooth tequilla that could you can shoot. The theatrics were good but not over the top - which i liked and finally value for money- way better than a few top known places in the city. definitely coming back.
Love this place - hidden neighborhood gem. Service is excellent and the staff always go above and beyond. Great date spot!
Always a great experience at pastiche
As a beer simpleton, this was the best unique experience I have ever had. Most delightful staff and with impeccable personal service. They took the time to explain their thoughtful cocktails and the food complimented their far out drinks. You will not find a place where the presentation of your beverages uses every sense of smell, taste and sight that you have. Beyond 5 stars and cannot wait to return to this gem of place with stained glass and a door that will invite you to an experience that will be unmatched. Celebrated my sister’s birthday and didn’t know what to expect but the food and service here were fantastic! The servers were very polite and friendly and knew all the dishes very well! The food was sooooo delicious! Especially the Ceviche and the Kalbi! Everything was superb, highly recommend!

We reunited with a very good friend after a year of not seeing each other and we wanted a special place to celebrate the reunion! Pastiche went above and beyond “special”. It was a unique and incredible dining experience and I cannot stop talking about it! Matt was our server and I can assure everyone that he KNOWS what he is doing!! 100/10👌🏼✨✨✨
Wow, just wow. From the cozy and artsy ambiance, to the bold fusion food (they actually pull it off), to the entertaining and delicious drinks, to the personal service, everything deserves recognition.
We hadn’t experienced this level of restaurant dining in a long time - and I mean even before the pandemic. On that note, they’ve done an excellent job at making the guests feel at ease.
Have a few places to revisit, but this place set the bar high. We will be back very very soon!
Everything about this restaurant is on point. The food, cocktails, service and ambience are amazing. It’s one of our new favourite spots in the city. They have also done a fantastic job of making patrons feel safe and comfortable during the reopening after Covid. We’ll be back soon!!
This place was absolutely amazing. the drinks were fantastic - i ordered cocktails off the menu and matt created drinks for me based on my taste. the food was also very good. would 10/10 recommend as a great late night drinks/food spot.

Pastiche is always an amazing experience. The bartender Matt is amazing and knowledgeable - knows the type of gin drink I prefer and always makes a fun cocktail for myself and friends. The food is always delicious, shareable, and the staff make sure you get a good mix of small & large plates to make sure you leave full. Love the ceviche and steak tartare, but the beef short rib is perfection. Compliments to Chef Nick!

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had in the entire city! Outstanding food, drinks and service and , I’m left shock every singe time with the performance of drinks, to food presentation and the amazing personal hospitality! Also they offered to modify the menu for a shellfish allergy and were amazing with doing so, when most places in this city give you a hassle. The only remark I would make, is add more food choices for chicken and veg options!
We went for Valentine's Day expecting the most romantic setting ever based on reviews and reputation this restaurant has earned online. Romantic it was. Worth it, it was not. I booked a table 4-5 weeks in advance knowing I had to move quick for the big day. I got a call 1-2 weeks ahead of time mentioning that it was a "Fixed-Menu" now and that it would be $80 per person. Of course I kept my reservation because by then it was way too late to book another decent spot.
Upon arriving we were shocked by the OUTSTANDING atmosphere and beauty of this restaurant. There were gorgeous rose pedals all over the outside and inside of the restaurant and the setting was phenomenal for Valentine's Day. We were greeted at the front and everything was perfect to start things off. I ordered a drink from the cocktail menu because I had heard such good things. My drink came out and the waiter lit some kind of bamboo stick and dropped it in the drink for "effect" purposes. Only problem is my drink smelled like a toilet and tasted like charred wood.
As for the 4-course menu. All 4 courses were one plate for 2 people to share. First course was the Charred Asparagus Salad (very good) and the Scallop Crudo (very slimy and hard to eat without gagging). The 2nd course was Oxtail Coxinha (good) and Moroccan Spiced Carrots (dish idea was fantastic but the carrots were not properly cooked/steamed and impossible to chew). The 3rd course was Soccarat (best dish by far but overcooked) and Grilled Swordfish. The swordfish came out raw. We let the waiter know and he brought it to the back. Came back out 10-15 mins later with the same piece of fish (shared by two people) and it was cooked by not satisfying at all by this point. The 4th course was Baked Alaskan Flambe which was cool when lit on fire but tasted like fire and the ice cream in the middle was not fresh, had melted and been re-frozen at some point. Total cost for 2 people + 1 drink was $205. Not worth it.
Disappointing overall experience
Probably one of the most uniquely decorated space and curated menu I have seen. I found myself messaging friends to tell them about it while still at dinner.
Fabulous cocktails, delicious food, and great service! Not a single complaint. The interior is stunning and the experience of the items you order arriving at the table is beautifully done!

Came here on New Years Eve for the first time, and was a little bit nervous about our choice to try something new at first thinking that most restaurants were too busy and crowded, but we are so glad we came. Even though it was a busy day, service was just top notch, we loved the attention to detail in everything- from decor to marbled plates, whimsical food names and delicious ‘experiential’ cocktails, the food of course was tasty as well. There’s so much heart and love in this place, will recommend this to all my friends and colleagues.
Amazing atmosphere, fresh and unique food, out of this world cocktails and wonderful service; Pastiche really wow’d us! We have tried many of the finer dining experiences in Toronto and Pastiche stood out amount the top. The cocktails taste as though they come from another dimension entirely. We will certainly be returning for another thrilling experience.
