Celebrate Thanksgiving with an elevated three-course dining experience at Pasque, where the flavors of autumn meet a distinctly Colorado point of view. Begin with your choice of Butternut Squash Soup, accompanied by compressed Honeycrisp apple, beech mushrooms and crème fraîche, or an Autumn Salad of shaved Brussels sprouts, radicchio, pickled cranberry and goat cheese with apple cider vinaigrette. For the main course, choose from a traditional Turkey Roulade with roasted garlic mash, citrus-glazed carrots, cornbread stuffing and sage gravy; Braised Kabocha Squash with Beluga lentils, cranberry bourbon jus, fried sage and labneh; or Colorado Rainbow Trout with leek and artichoke sauce, roasted artichoke and Esoterra greens. Finish the evening with Blistered Sweet Potato Pie, served with maple Chantilly, candied pepitas and sweet potato gastrique. Join Chef Ryan Pearson and the Pasque team for a Thanksgiving celebration centered on thoughtful cooking, seasonal ingredients and the warmth of gathering around the table.

Restaurant is beautiful, almost feels like an elevated outdoor forest dining experience... lovely. The beingets are worth the hype and the cocktails are unique a delicious. On the contrary, the steak frites was disappointing: taste was fine and the presentation underwhelming. Servers are lovely and knowledgeable. Overall, conceptually worth a visit. Upon returning to Denver, would not necessarily be a first choice.

Went here for my wife and I’s anniversary dinner and we were both pretty underwhelmed to be honest. I got a duck ragu pasta that had a watery sauce that barely had any meat in it and was a bit bland, my wife got the steak frites, which was better. The steak was prepared well but it was served on a huge bed of seemingly just steamed Swiss chard that was fine I suppose, but it dominated the plate and was not a very good pairing for the steak. The ambiance was lovely, it was a very mellow evening there, but the service was a bit slow and it seemed like our server was pretty “green.” She was very sweet but she forgot to ring in our order and we had to wait quite a while for our entrees. As said, the experience was not unpleasant, we just expected a bit more from a restaurant supposedly of this caliber.

Dining at Pasque was the finale of my first trip to Denver. All staff were gracious and attentive and the brunch was excellent. As a courtesy re: my interest in the architecture, I was allowed to view Denver from the rooftop and thoroughly appreciated hearing about all the sustainable design elements of this unique building.

Service was very slow, from beginning to end. We ended up having to chase down the server in order to check out. Not a busy restaurant, but not the first time we’ve experienced this. Case in point, they now have a pre-brunch menu that ends at 10am. Our reservation was at 10:30. Once we were discussing menu items with our server, we were informed certain items were only available before 10am, such as the breakfast burrito. The table next to us were served burritos following our menu discussion, indicating they ordered before 10, yet received their food 45-50 minutes later. We experienced the same timeline for our food delivery. Good food, but be prepared for a long wait. Be sure to order drinks before you need them! lol

The carrot soup and Caesar salad were top notch. Beautiful restaurant. Our server was great too. Only complaint is one chicken dish we ordered was overcooked. Otherwise wonderful!
