   This place was awesome! The food was great and the margarita towers were even better! The live music really set the scene begfore a night out on Broadway!

   The food was very good but the service and ambiance were super weird. We talked to a waiter once, who then ignored us for the rest of our meal. The bartender became our waiter and he was great, but then the kitchen took 20 minutes to put together a chip and dip tray when we were one of two groups in the entire dining room? It was a bizarre dining experience. I would try it again if we were downtown anyway but it was overpriced and the service was too weird for me to recommend to anyone.

   Reserved a table with opentable. Got there and hostess says she doesn’t have her iPad but sure she can seat us. Good thing I didn’t reserve a specific table or have more than 3 ppl bc we wouldn’t have had anywhere to sit. Ppl make reservations for a reason. Waiter was preoccupied and Service sucked. Food was adequate but nothing to brag about. Definitely NOT worth the price. Unless you just need somewhere to hang out u til game time or concert time, I don’t recommend going here. Only plus is that it is literally right across from front of Bridgestone arena.

   The food was incredible and it was awesome that they took reservations and were right next to Broadway. My only complaint was the air conditioner. It was on full blast under our table and we were pretty cold.

   We had a reservation and they “accidentally” overbooked so we had to wait for a table. Once we got a seat, it took over 40 minutes to get tacos. The good was great, but don’t come if you have a show after.

    Seated next to the live music was just too loud for us. A very small room with extremely loud music to the point you can't have a conversation with your guest. There were other tables further away that would have been better, but we didn't get one of those. A little pricier than i believe it's worth, to just have tacos and a taco salad with no alcohol ran about $45. We did have chips/salsa and the grilled corn. I could recommend to others that may enjoy the louder atmosphere, but i likely won't be back. Also, this is the first Mexican restaurant that i have been in that you have to purchase the chips/salsa rather than being included in the meal.

    While the menu may be limited, what they do serve is high quality and delicious. The Margaritas are stellar. The guacamole is freshly made and very flavorful. The queso dip comes out hot and is very good. The tacos are loaded with whatever protein is ordered...no skimpiness on servings! My fav taco was the hot chicken. The crispy pork taco was delish too! The atmosphere is rustic casual and they a rooftop bar with a view of downtown. Perfect for pre-downtown event dining!

    We made reservations and ate here prior to a concert at Bridgestone Arena. Perfect location, not crowded at all, food was tasty and reasonably priced (we didn't have any drinks, but they had quite a few concoctions on the menu). We sat on the second floor, which was quite and comfortable and we had a perfect view out a window to people watch.

    we sat on the rooftop on the first warm, sunny day in a long time. It was a great atmosphere with great views of downtown. the black bean queso and guacamole were so incredible and those spicy margs were delicious!

    I’m not sure why they allowed me to reserve a 10pm table. We arrived at 10pm and we were told they were closing. We had come straight from the airport and we were looking forward to some great food and drinks after a long day of travel. They need to amend the reservation times to the hours they will actually seat you!

    While in Nashville, we decided to try this restaurant and loved the tacos. My husband and I had the pork and chicken tacos and they were some of the best we ever had, It is a no frills restaurant. Not many choices on the menu but we would definitely go back for the tacos! Fun atmosphere too.

    We showed up on time for our reservation. No hostess at the front door. After waiting, we walked through the restaurant and sat at a table in the bar area. No one came to take our order. My husband went to the bar to let them know we were waiting and he was ignored. There were only maybe 3 other tables occupied in the bar area. We waited a few more minutes and left the restaurant when it became clear no one was going to assist us.

    Made reservation, but when we got there, it was "seat yourself". Thank goodness there were plenty of open tables. Would have been pretty mad if no tables were available. Ambiance was fine/fun. Service was sort of average--food was dropped off so fast, we had to stop the waitress from leaving so quickly, so we could get beverage refills. Queso was average to good, beef burrito had a nice unique taste. However, my burrito was cold inside/out. But, since service wasn't coming around hardly at all, I just ate it. All in all, I'd try this restaurant again since it's so close to the Ryman and we got in/out relatively quickly.

    The hot chicken tacos were amazing! The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, just beware that it’s all high-top seating, at least on the first floor. Haven’t had a chance to explore the rest yet but I’m looking forward to it

    Service was really slow!! We had reservations and were told reservations really don’t matter. We waited about 25 minutes past our time. The food service was slow too. But the food was EXCELLENT!!

    Not sure why they do Open Table. It’s open seating and no one was at the host stand. Waited a while, spoke to a couple servers who seemed disinterested in clearing the dirty tables and with the fact we had a reservation, so we left. A heads up for anyone else who makes a “reservation”.

    Had never been here before, but decided to make a reservation here prior to a concert the other night. The tacos, chips, guac, and salsa were awesome! That being said, there is really no reason to make a reservation. There is a sign on the host stand stating that you may seat yourself?? Also, all of the employees were confused I had a reservation and I then in turn was as well. Great place to get food downtown, which is hard to come by. And the rooftop was a great spot to sip margaritas.

    Pancho's & Lefty's has become my favorite taco restaurant in the Downtown Nashville area barnone. Unlike their competitions within the area, the flour tortilla tacos are filled with lots of meat and just the right amount of veggies or fillings. The food is tasty, well made, and of high quality. Service, for the most part, is outstanding. If you're fortunate enough, ask for Desiree or Darnell to be your server. These are the two best employees at this location. Friendly, courteous, and genuine service is what you'll get with them. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Give them a try. You won't regret it, and you'll stop going to the other taco restaurants in the area.

    this is quickly becoming my pre-hockey dinner spot. Food is good, service is pretty quick, unless it's really busy, location is really good. I've noticed there's always garbage trucks parked in front of the business when I'm there, that's not their fault, but it isn't appealing. Other than that it's great.

    When we arrived, we went to the patio up on the top floor. We waited for a table to be cleared, as all of the empty tables (half of the available ones) had dirty dishes on them. After being seated and waiting 15 minutes, our waitress came over and took our drink and food orders. She let us know that it would take a minute for the beer I ordered because all on-tap beers were two floors below us. After waiting another 20 minutes or so, our food arrived, but the beer didn't come until we were half way done eating. This was no fault of the waitress - it seemed that the entire place was understaffed since she was the only person waiting on all of the upstairs tables. Overall, we wouldn't recommend it.

    If the service wasn't so bad it would get all 5 stars! The food is amazing. When you walk in the door the host or hostess always seems stressed and doesn't really know what's available. He or she has to run upstairs to check things on the roof. Get walkie talkies. The roof top normally only has two people -one behind the bar and one for 10 tables!! We have been 4 times and have never been able to order more than one drink because they are so stressed they don't come back to the table. The apps have come out with our tacos Every. Time. It's so frustrating but the food is good so it's worth it till something else opens up near by.

    We made a reservation for 3 and were seated immediately. We were given two glasses of water, not three. Then, once we ordered our food, it appeared that we were forgotten about. Everyone around us was served (including people who came in after us) and 40 min later were never served. We never received our meal and left to go eat somewhere else.

    So, I showed up for my reservation and the restaurant took me to a table in the bar and then cancelled my open table reservation. This is the 3rd restaurant, I'm aware of, that has inhabited this location. It's a little dumpy. The tacos are average and the margarita's aren't that great. There are plenty of better. Bakersfield Taco is much better...and nicer. I recommend you skip this place and go there. But I don't think this place will last very long.

    Really great food, drinks, and location, but they were understaffed waiter wise. It took 20+ minutes before our server even came over to our table, but once we had ordered, the food arrived quickly. Overall great tacos, fast kitchen, and slow service.
