    Fabulous food, incredible dishes with explosions of flavours. Staff were very knowledgeable about each dish. Small choice of puds but perfect. Lovely veg dishes but sadly several not available. However we were sat at the bar facing the kitchen watching the washer upper less than 10 feet away. Not the view you expect in a Michelin star restaurant paying over £250 for two. We asked to be moved but no tables available. So won't sit there next time.

    The food was amazing. Beautiful flavours and all really considered. Presentation is good and it was all delicious. Highlights was the cauliflower and Manchego as well as the fennel and dill salad. The service was excellent. Everyone was knowledgable about the food and drinks as well as being attentive. It’s expensive but worth it for a treat.

    We had the Chef’s Choice and really enjoyed it. Loved having a surprise for each course and the quality was outstanding. Staff were knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

    Without a doubt one of the best meals i have ever experienced. The food was simply outstanding, the staff were all delightful, friendly, efficient and helpful. The location is lovely and I think I can say the best Spanish food I have eaten both in and out of Spain. Cannot recommend enough.

    The team seemed really nice but the cost verses the experience just didn’t match up. Ingredients are clearly top notch, but at the end of the meal it really didn’t feel close to worth the expenditure.

    Everything started off so promising, the service was attentive and responsive to our request to change tables. The cocktails were fabulous and the bar staff knew what they were talking about and offered great suggestions. The food however was very mixed, the seared tuna was outstanding and the croquettes were silky smooth. However the octopus, the ribs and the chorizo were pretty average. The service fell away as the evening wore on and the timing of the dishes arriving to the table was erratic. Ultimately we were left feeling very disappointed: the only thing truly Michelin was the price.

    Food is lovely, but there are way better restaurants in Bristol charging a lot less. Stool seating not the most comfortable and noise level a bit too high for easy conversation.

    We had a fab time at Paco Tapas for my wife's birthday. Started with great cocktails. All staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The Chef's table had a great selection of dishes, but next time we're keen to do A La Carte Would def come back again

    Can highly recommend the ray wing, cauliflower & manchego, cold meats, pork ribs & lions mane mushroom. Everything was cooked perfectly and very flavoursome. The staff were friendly & had a great sense of humour and very professional.

    Really helpful staff who offered to amend our booking when we were worried we wouldn't be able to come at the last minute. They found us a quieter table when I explained I had trouble hearing in a lively atmosphere. They were keen to explain the and advise on the menu. We ordered the tasting menu and the food was beautifully cooked and the courses were well spaced. we had a lovely evening thank you the tuna was amazing !!

    Food was beautiful as always, tried the steak for the first time- ashamed to say we hadn’t had it until and boy have we been missing out! Food was exceptional as always. The staff and service they provide is second to none.

    We got the tasting menu - many dishes (12) but was not impressed by any of them. Overall quite fatty and not special, with many different dressings confounding the core ingredients. Fish was good! For that price I would have expected more sophisticated and researched preparations.

    We chose the chefs menu which is not cheap but there was a lot to eat. The staff were very knowledgeable whether it was about the wine or the food. Each dish was explained to you as it was brought to the tab.
