   We went for Mother’s Day. We did priority seating and only waited about five minutes. The food and drinks were great, and the service was excellent. They really seem to appreciate our business and that’s what makes it so enjoyable! Highly recommend!😊

   Nachos are not nachos… my husband didn’t read the description so we’re not sure if it was specified bc we assumed nachos are chips. However, at this establishment nachos means thin potato wedge slice things… definitely not chips. Also my husband’s buffalo sandwich was just so so. The portion was very small. We get a buffalo sandwich at another restaurant and the chicken is really huge and dripping in sauce. My husband was … underwhelmed???

   Ovation Bistro and Bar us an excellent place to take your family. The food was very delicious and properly cooked and served hot. The waitress was marvelous. The way she attended on us, you would think that we were her only customers. The price we paid was all worth it. My family and I will definitely go back. It was a nice and cozy atmosphere.

   The chicken looked like it was boiled. It was white with no flavour. I gagged at the first test. Exchanged for ribs and they were tough and tasted too meaty. . 3 other tables returned their food. First and last time visiting ovation

   We love this Ovation location in Winter Haven on Cypress Gardens Blvd! We try to come regularly and often bring friends who have not been before. We have never been disappointed in the food or the service! This evening’s visit was perfect timing as we were missing the rush and the restaurant was pitch perfect for having a great conversation with our friends during the meal. We will be back!

   When we were first seated we were sat in the walkway and we couldn’t even sit down at first because people were standing behind the table. When we were greeted by our server, Izzy he moved us without a problem to a much better seat. Izzy was FANTASTIC!! He was full of energy and so quick with the refills, offering suggestions sincebit was our first time here. Service makes the experience and it was truly a success. We look forward to returning again and receiving the same excellent service!!

    Got right in as a party of one at the bar. Quick service and drinks with Patrick. Had a BBQ chicken flatbread and a side Caesar salad. Also ordered a side of the baked Mac and cheese. Everything was good, do wish thag the Caesar had a little bit more dressing, but other than that it was delicious. Dined during March madness so the ambience was just at the right level and never had to wait too long for anything even with a Friday night and March Madness crowd

    When we arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time, the hostess greeted us and within five minutes we were seated. The server was very attentive and efficient. Everyone at our table ordered something different and all were pleased with the quality of the food. We put Ovation on our Places to Eat list. It was all of our first time at this Restuarant.     I'm giving the food 3 stars...just barely, and largely because of the side Caesar salad. For a restaurant that makes some fairly big claims about the quality of its beef and ribs, I was severely disappointed. The ribs were NOT "fall off the bone" tender by any stretch; nothing easily tore off the bone, let alone fall off, and they were dry. The filet was perfectly cooked, and 85% of it was pretty good, but there was a tendon running through the end of it that was uncuttable and inedible. Silverware did not look particularly well rinsed. The staff was great -- super friendly and helpful, and it's clear they have a lot of regulars, which is usually a really good sign. Get a Caesar and you'll be more than happy.

    For some reason I thought it was a nicer type of restaurant. But is is more like a roadhouse-style place. Food was pretty good but my baby back ribs were really dry. Shrimp and grits was great and the cheese fries were good (but could have used a touch of seasoning). Service was friendly and quick. Prices were reasonable. I’ll be back!

    Party of 10 - Priority seating for 5:30 PM. Arrived and was told they don't take reservations but will have a table for us 'shortly'. Seated approximately 15 minutes later after waiting in a crowded bar area. When seated two table appetizers ordered (flatbread pizza) for sharing. Proceeded with drink orders and regular dinner selections. Appetizers came, fortunately it could be manageable as finger food as we did not have silverware. Salads brought out - but still no silverware. After requesting silverware, seven sets were brought out, then the remaining three (they don't have ten place settings readily available ???). Water was not offered and had to be requested. Entrees were finally brought out. Several members of our group opted for the Smoked Prime Rib special. Advertised as a 16 ounce Prime Rib, I think that included the weight of the plate - I have never seen such a thin cut of Prime Rib !! Several other members selected Mary's Lamb which was quite satisfactory. After all were served, I noticed an adjoining table had baskets of fresh bread - we did not. It had to be requested. Our waitress was attentive during the evening, but the glaring oversights of silverware, water, and the bread left me irritated . Understanding the "Help Wanted" problem throughout the industry I am sympathetic to the demands put on service industry, but some of the issues (no silverware) are not forgiveable,

    Such an wonderfully inviting and warm environment. We had a semi circle table tat was so cozy for us. The food from presentation to taste was above average and surprising for this area. The owners stories just puts the cherry on the top! I can’t tell enough people about this hidden gem👍👍👍

    Having eaten in your other venue only days earlier was surprised how bad the service was waited at least 10 mins with waiters looking at us and ignoring the fact we were there waiting for a seat after that when we finally talked to someone was told it would be another 10/15 mins to be seated only to be sat on the empty table that was empty when we walked in 25 mins earlier after being seated the experience was better would still eat again but maybe in your hains branch

    Reserved a room for a group of 10-15. Got a call two days prior for options. They were going to save a table either in the private room or a long table in the dining area. Neither were available so we had to settle for the patio seating.

    After multiple visits in the past 6 months, I can say we are fans! Delicious food choices! Great service! Lots of locals here tells me it's been delivering the goods for a long while now. Great bar area, too. Well worth a try for anyone considering a great meal in a cool place
