Overpriced, small portions, bad service with multiple waiters who didn't communicate, frustrating experience all around. The inside was pretty but too noisy to enjoy. The heat lamp outside over us almost caught fire twice. Will never come back.

Online says the parking is validated for two hours which is invalid. You still have to pay $11. It was sprinkling and we had to sit outside even though we had made a reservation.

The restaurant is near the Wiltern theater the atmosphere is quiteLovely. But the problem is they don’t open until 530 so you were very rushed eating to get to the theater on time. I strongly suggest that since most of the people in the restaurant we’re going to the event that they consider opening at five or even 445 to accommodate that audience. The food was amazing and they did try to help us but we only had 20 minutes to eat.

Way too loud at brunch... I love the place but it is a choice between the space vs. being able to hear each other. Avocado toast was GREAT..We liked some of the dishes better than others.

They have a nice location and beautiful restaurant, but they need some upgrades. Better descriptions of what is in the food. The server had no idea what was gluten free and diary free. If you are not training your staff you need to just have GF menu and what is vegan on the menu. How about teach them how to open a bottle of wine? If you are going to buy a $100 bottle of wine teach them how to cut the foil and properly open a bottle. These are basic skills you have to make sure your employees know how to do. Lastly, your communal table is pushed so close to the wall you can't get out. If you have to go by 15 people to get out give us enough room to do that without having to say excuse me and get them to move their chair up. It is just a bad design. The people that run this restaurant need to eat in it and fix this one.

They have a fabulous staff and great twist on traditional food like Niçoise salad! Want to highly recommend this restaurant but don’t want not to be able to get a seat! 😍❤️

The reservation was for outside seating, the app stated indoor was full. I left a note saying if jndoor seats became available id like to sit indoors. Upon arriving i provided my name and was seated indoor right away. The service was pretty good and the food and drinks and the ambience was great. 4.5 stars

I truly enjoyed this restaurant. My wife were there for a date night. Everything from the hostess, wait staff to meeting the food and drink manager was truly exceptional. I really did appreciate meeting with the food and drink manager and enjoyed his recommendations for desserts.

Great location and atmosphere, but sadly, the food did not hit the mark. I would only order the kale salad again, the 3 other dishes we would pass on. The sandwich of wild mushrooms had more of a frozen pizza flavor. It just didn't work. If they make some changes, I would be back. I loved the space.

I loved having dinner here! Their DineLA menu was incredible. Lots of different tastes all paired together in a great format of a couple of family style dishes with each person allowed to choose an additional item. It was a generous amount of food for two people at a great price. I texted friends to check it out after we left. The only downside is that it can get loud, but that can't really be changed. My date and I had to repeat ourselves a lot. We did feel slightly mislead because initially I didn't realize this was a DineLA option. I saw an ad on instagram for their hibachi lobster and the ad featured a plate with a full lobster tail cut into two halves. When that dish arrived it was only a bit of pasta with half a lobster tail.

Too many people kept coming over to ask if everything was okay -it got annoying
We were b not guest in hotel yet there was a resort fee added to bill in addition to tax on it and some other hotel fee. Really??? And then health care charge too!

The food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant was beautiful and the portions/quality matched the prices. However I noticed the service was subpar. I noticed a table next to ours was overcharged on their bill, because our waiter (or anyone else for that matter) didn’t ask how our food was I was left without a spoon for my soup, and our waiter charged us four dollars for a soda water with lime. The soda water up charge left a bad taste after a delicious meal.

Wonderful experience. Chef E. Was just amazing. Food was incredible. We had the duck and for dessert we had a wonderful delicious pear dessert. Our server Jennifer was completely amazing. She was super friendly and attentive towards us without hovering. Jennifer took wonder care of us. Overall a great experience.

We were seated outside although the reservation was for Standard seating.

The food was not impressive for the price they charge. The salad served with my omelet tasted as if it's been seating there for a while. My friend's stake was a bit too chewy.

It took a pretty long time for the servers to notice that we're ready for the check. They're too busy it's hard to even make eye contact.

For the price and all the hype, we expected a little something as it's a birthday reservation. Overall we felt like they would need more people to take care of those little details. I'm just saying this judging from the expectation that was set from their repute.

During our visit we ordered 3 prix fixe dinners from the January 2020 Dine LA dinner menu and were informed that they will be served in "family style". When we noticed that the amount of the portions seemed to be barely enough for 2 servings and voiced our concern/complain the manager on duty was not at all interested to hear us out and showed no attempt to address the situation and keep us satisfied. Thanks to Dine LA I now know exactly how this establishment is being run and managed. With amount of dining choices we have in LA there is NO reason what so over for me to return to this place.

Where do I begin?! I decided to treat my man to Openaire for Dine LA. The scenery was beautiful at night and our server was nice. When we arrived at our table the Dine LA Menu didn't fancy us so I told him to get whatever he wants. We ordered two appetizers and then our main course.

The server took our order and then we never saw her again til the bill came. Each order was brought out from a different person. When my main entree came out (the black cod), my man didn't receive his order (lamp chops) til 20 mins later. No apologies..... funny part, while we were eating our main dishes, our apperizters (same ones) came out again (separate times). How did our appetizer order came out again? I do not know it was just bad management that night or their software system was off?

When we finished our meals the server dropped off the dessert menu (so happy we are not sweet eaters) because we didn't see her for another 20 minutes.

Great part... the bill came. I noticed the sales tax ($12, reasonable) and then I saw another sales tax ($7), and then another tax, and a tourism tax (?) and finally the healthcare tax 4% (reasonable as well).

Long story short.. it was just eh.

The food was great. There was not an extensive drink menu and none of the drinks really sounded appetizing to me and they were pricy ($16 each). The food was excellent but also on the pricier side ($22 for pancakes, bacon and eggs). I would go again for a fancy occasion thought.
