   Really poor service. I had a confirmed reservation for Wednesday evening and when I came in with my entire family, I was told they couldn’t honor the reservation since they were completely booked and understaffed. They never called to inform me or cancel my reservation. They took down my number as they said we will call and make sure we make up for this- which again did not happen. Hoping this was a one time thing, I came in once again on a Saturday and this time I did get a table but there were a lot of small insects on our table so I asked for a table change which lead to a wait of over 15 minutes and when I tried to ask the host again she kept saying we are very busy and can’t help. Even though many tables were available and I pointed those tables to her as well. Finally I spoke to the manager and she was able to get me a table. Same table that the hostess refused to give me. The hostess did not want to help, was rude and she didn’t care when I told her the service was not upto mark. Really really poor service and rude hostesses. The servers were nice and the view and the space is def beautiful but don’t come here for anything special coz you never know what the service level will be!

   The environment was very nice and the setting was beautiful. The service was a bit sluggish, though when one of the workers noticed we weren’t attended to he began to help us. The food was a bit pricey and the food itself was ok, nothing special. Overall the experience was fine and the environment would be the only reason I would go back.

   Service was amazing. The air and water show was practicing and so we got a preview of this weekend without the crowd. We love the panoramic views and the fresh food. We will definitely be coming back again.

   Our experience was great. I was disappointed that there is now a brunch menu and other items are not available on weekend days. This is new since my last visit. We had kids with us and they were disappointed they couldn't get chicken tenders. I also had my mind set on the poke bowl which wasn't available until 4:00. I did finally get to order it after hanging around for a while only to find out it has changed. I have had it at least 2 times in the past and this one was much smaller and wasn't served with the same sauces. I hope you consider adding more items to your brunch menu. Other than that we had a very enjoyable time. Our sever Victor was amazing and went above and beyond.

    Made the reservation letting them know it was for a 21st birthday lunch. Still got sat in a less than desirable location considering what was available. The service was absolutely atrocious. Insanely slow with everything from drinks to food. We watched our waitress chitchatting and not being attentive to any of her tables. A restaurant like this can't simply rest on its location to keep it a float. Food was subpar at best. Not impressed. Plus there must have been fine print I missed as there was an 18% service fee added to the bill I did not expect. Over priced and over rated. We won't be back and won't be recommending it either. Reality did not meet expectations. Not even close.

    The staff accommodated extra people that came with last minute, however, they separated us. There was rain 3-4 hours from the time we had it reserved and closed the outside, so that was disappointing. Our separated group finished eating before we ever got our food. The food wasn’t terrible, but. Ot special and it was so loud, we couldn’t hear the person next to us. The waitress tried her best but she had an entire side of tables. It was disappointing to say the least but at least we tried it once. I’m sure they are pretty busy and won’t miss our business in the future. A friend told me that she had a bad experience with her daughter and the hostess area a few weeks back but they enjoyed the outside and service and food. Just don’t go on a day when it’s expected to rain within 5-6 hours.

    We love coming here for the bottomless brunch and pictures! However, we came here a couple years ago and the food was completely subpar this time. Last time I got a spicy chicken thigh entree that was to die for, and my friend got an omelette with all kinds of amazing ingredients. The menu this time was small and portions were small for the price point. The food was also somewhat flavorless & the “hash browns” were a frozen hash brown patty. For $18. We had a good time but we were totally disappointed by the food. Will only come back when the menu changes.

    The rooftop was beautiful! The views were incredible, and the drinks were made well. They even gave my kids a drink with an umbrella in it. They were so excited. The food was well priced and cooked perfectly. I would love to come back here again! They also gave a carafe of water, which is a big deal to me as I hate to wait for my water to be refilled.

    My experience occurred last night. We had an 8:15 pm reservation. We arrived a few minutes early & we told that there would be at least 45 minute wait due to severe under staffing. This waiting time would be confined to a dark hallway. Fireworks happen at 9 pm. Even though this was all the fault of the restaurant, the rude hostess said she would invoke the $10 pp fee if we left or did not accept consequences of Offshore’s mis management and poor planning. Finally, another employee stepped in when my husband asked if we could just get a bar seat after I said we were Sable guests, too. Bottom line, Offshore & its very rude hostess need training & need to get over themselves!

    Made a reservation but had to wait a full hour for our table. Claimed that they called my name but neither me nor my partner heard anything although we were sitting in the lobby with all the other guests. Partner ordered the ceaser salad which was bitter and soggy, however got a refund for the salad.

    I want to start off by saying the staff worked so incredibly hard to give good service. But they were overbooked, short-staffed and they also had a private party. We were sat 20 minutes late for our reservation. The ambience was top notch and it provided a perfect view for the Navy pier fireworks. I expected the food to be a bit overpriced given the view and it was. But the quality was very uneven – – the $28 filet mignon sliders were greasy, crispy overcooked 1/8 inch slices of meat. The $28 fish and chips was one piece of fish with 2 pounds of fries. My son liked his pork chop and we liked the mezze plate. I would stick with the basics there in the future. It’s really too bad you just can’t go there for drinks and the view. I feel bad for the staff that was working that night, they just had the deck stacked against them!

    Overall the venue is beautiful. It was my first time going celebrating my birthday and a friend relocating. I was not impressed with the service. Our dirty plates sat way too long and had to ask a few times to have it removed. When the next plate of food came out we would’ve thought they would’ve removed it and they didn’t. We eventually had to wait for a busboy to remove it. Also the food lacked flavor the smoke wings did not taste smoked and the aïoli sauce with the fries was very bland. The ahi tuna tacos were not impressive but the sauce provided some flavor.

    We were really looking forward to visiting this rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the food. I ordered the green goddess salad with tofu and it was inedible as it was literally dripping in dressing. When asked how it was I said I would like to send it back and get it with dressing on the side. What came back out was my same bowl with new lettuce tossed with lighter dressing (no dressing on the side) and my same tofu (with one fork bite taken out) now beyond cold. I chose not to eat any more. When the bill arrived I was charged for the item. No offer to remove the uneaten item off the bill. Will not be returning and would not recommend. There are far better places to eat in Chicago and this felt too much like a tourist trap with sub par food. I will say our waitress here from Ireland for the summer was very nice though.

    It was super cold in there and they charge 4 people a 18percent service charge adding $42 to our bill. They let you make a 10pm reservation and rush you to order before the menu change.

    I feel like we might’ve just ordered the wrong things. Cocktail mixes are pre made (per our server) so no adjustments can be requested. Fish & Chips under seasoned, chicken sliders were good. Requested a side of ranch that never arrived. Expected a lot more for a place that I had to set an alert for reservation availability. Great view of Navy Pier fireworks if you want to spend the money for the meal. Likely won’t be back.

    85 db and more on average. The noise Is crazy as for the service as for the guests. I’m surprised they don’t have any ear plug. The food is common. The cocktails for tourists. The service is low and inattentive. Nothing extraordinary Try another rooftop as Cindy’s or the London house. I have another reservation for friends in 2 weeks l cancel it.

    4 in our family and only 2 out of 4 liked their food. A drive food burger and fries would’ve been better. Double cut pork chop was decent, but the entry sides were not good at all. Salmon dish was great but a stingy portion. We would come back for drinks and pizza.
