    While understanding that a Monday night in early December is not a peak time for Noble, we were quite underwhelmed by the menu selection and service. Our table was very long, and my wife and I felt quite apart from one another. The appetizers, drinks, and desserts were superb, but the entrees left was wanting more, in taste and quantity alike. We had our engagement dinner here a year prior and it was extremely memorable, but this endeavour was less notable.

    Very nice ambience! Enjoy watching the paintings. Good work of keeping the Royal legend! Next time will definitely go to Drawing Room. Fried scallop and shrimp and on the salty side, a bit over fried.

    After postponing my Birthday due to a loss in the family my husband decided to surprise me with a brunch at Noble on Wednesday November 27th. The service was exceptional, the food surpassed my expectations with flavour, and overall the experience left me feeling like I was in my own Hallmark movie. Our personal host (Iwish I knew her name, beautiful blue eyes, bangs and silver in her hair) was kind, well educated in her role, and just a pleasure to have around. I would highly recommend Noble if you are looking to travel back in time and enjoy the finer things in life, and focus on the company you have with you. Thank you for turning my birthday around and helping make it a memorable one.

    Recommend the overnight stay with an added dinner and breakfast included package. Food portions were plentiful and delicious The service was excellent Complimentary ice wine and chocolates accompanied our dessert as we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. Attention to fine details. Very enjoyable experience

    I had breakfast here and the food is well portioned, lovely ambiance and service. I had the Traditional Two-Egg Breakfast meal. This consists of two country fresh eggs, fried potatoes, choice of smoked bacon, farmer’s breakfast sausage or peameal bacon, choice of toast. It is not a cheap eat; but an enjoyable one.

    The food was filling and enjoyable. It is a 3-course meal but still can purchase a la carte if not interested in everything. Since my dinner was part of the overnight package I was started an amuse bouche followed by the Blue House Salmon Gravlax for an app, Canadian Lamb Rack for entree and Creme Brulee for desert.

    A very pleasant spot for lunch. Food and service were very nice and the decor is lovely. Recommend the "Fishwich" and fries. There is a good selection of wines.

    The food was of great quality and perfectly made. Service was personable (Frankie), pleasant and efficient. We had eggs Benedict which were to die for and our server ensured he kept us posted on the order and our coffee was always topped off.

    We dined here for our 10 year anniversary. The service was great. Our server Neil G. was very knowledgeable and explained dishes well. The restaurant was cozy and we enjoyed a nice dinner. Hater ordered a rack of lamb and steak. The deserts were good, especially crème brûlée.

    The duck breast was delicious, the mushroom side was off the charts, wonderful wine selection, and the wait staff were very engaging. And if you like scotch, there is a nice variety.

    We had thanksgiving dinner, salad was plain and the meat was a bit tough and vegetables were undercooked. Dessert was ok. Overall food quality was a bit disappointing for a nice hotel. Service and ambiance was good.

    Service and ambience were amazing. However the egg dish was not seasoned at all and my toast was burnt. How do you serve burnt toast? Clearly you can see that it’s black. Seemed like food was prepared in a rush. That being said, my husband loved the eggs Benedict.

    I took my daughters for Brunch prior to the theatre. My 15 year old has Autism and the waitress was just wonderful to us all. The food was as stunning as the Historic building itself.

    The halibut was presented beautifully, but was overcooked. It was just right in the center of the huge portion. Vegetables on the side of the plate were good. But as I recall dining there before the pandemic, the food just wasn't as good as before. The fish could have used a sauce.
