Came with my girlfriend for our Valentine's Day dinner (which required me to put down a deposit). We were sat at one of the worst tables I've ever been sat at in a restaurant (a cold corner table up against a window with another couple against the other side at the base of an escalator). I was going to ask our server to be moved once they reached our table. Then five minutes passed. Then twenty. I work in the service industry and have experienced Valentine's day; this place wasn't even close to full-capacity and was very well-staffed. There is no reason to leave a table untouched for this long in the conditions I witnessed. This also wasn't a situation where I could flag somebody down because no employee was ever even close enough for that to be possible. It's like we weren't even there or the host just forgot about us immediately after seating us, thrown at the whatever-table and ignored for our romantic evening. We ended up leaving after nearly 30 minutes to a much better restaurant that acknowledged our presence and, believe it or not, provided us with water (noa should take notes). Very frustrating experience that almost derailed our night, I didn't even care enough to ask for my deposit back. I gave the food two stars because we didn't get to try it, so it might be good. Try elsewhere unless you work in the area and want a faux fine-dining experience. Yikes.

Had a wonderful experience at Noa last night for Valentine’s Day. Their 5 course meal and options, drinks, and service were outstanding. Our table was in a quiet out of the way location, and our server was engaging yet unobstrusive. Will definitely go again.

Terrible V-day dinner… steak was overcooked and the lobster was submerged in bernaise sauce, completely overwhelming the flavor. They first seated us in the skyway, which was brightly lit and echoed. We got moved to the bar area which was super loud. With a bottle of wine and the surf and turf upgrade, the whole experience somehow got to $300 for two. At that price I expect the chef to be a little more strategic with the bernaise sauce.

Went for Valentines day. Parking was not optimal but its downtown so that is expected. Great service and ambiance. Would have been even better if we would have booked a hotel across the street. Recommend

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The food was cold and bad, the apps and soup and salad all came out at the same time. We were seated in like a food court area next to an escalator. Asked to just not have dinner and leave they wouldn't let us. So we just paid for the entrees and told them to give them to the homeless so we could leave. Will never be back. Food court fancy

Went for an early Valentines Day dinner. Overall a great experience. A couple of things that would have make this outstanding. 1. The music that was playing was too loud and not up to the vibe. - It was a Yacht Rock mix. 2. I and my date ordered the filet, medium. It came out raw. To their credit, they did comp those off the bill. I would return however.

The only reason service isn’t 5 stars is because the kitchen ran out of numerous items for the New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu (including take home boxes). Our waitress was excellent and offered us other options and a discount to make up for it. The remaining food was still excellent and the overall experience was great!

Had a fantastic first time dining at noa! The staff accommodated our tight timeline for the New Year’s Eve prix fixe and we enjoyed every dish. Beautiful ambience and excellent service, especially considering the busy holiday evening. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our dinner. We opted for the fixed New Year’s Eve menu and had a great experience. The portions were very generous and the food tasted amazing. I especially loved the decor and feeling like you were outside even though it’s a snowy evening in downtown Mpls. Thank you for the parking! We will definitely be back.
