Mad Hatter High Teas begin September 18th until November 30th. Please note high teas are served 7 days a week, lunches are not available on weekends or holidays. Mad Hatter high teas are $55 per adult $42 per child 12 & under.

Not your average tea salon, Neverland Vancouver is an amalgamation of everything we love: celebration, decadence, ritual, whimsy and creativity. We also love variety, so we offer you options on which Neverland experience is right for you.

For those with dietary intolerances, our chef, has also customized a complex blend of flours to create gluten-free options that are literally indistinguishable in taste and texture from our regular items. We promise to wow you with indistinguishable variations of our high tea pastries.

All children 12 and under, teens 15 & under, must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers allowed inside restaurant.

    Great service, tea, and food. Had the Mad Hatter’s afternoon tea. The dining room is a little crowded (I couldn’t pull my chair back to get seated due to a heavy marble table close behind.) the most challenging part was the loud pop music playing. We would have expected some classical music or whimsical tunes fitting for a mad hatter’s party.

    High Tea was delightful, lots of great savouries and wonderful desserts. I have always been a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, and so loved the wall murals.

    The theme was cute and the service was great. Every pot of tea was hot and tasted great. Some of the sandwiches bread were hard or too tough for the filling that squeezed out. I felt it was because they were prepared in mass. However this is a calculated trade-off for the volume and speed in which it came out. Not a total five on the food because of this. Everything else was tasty and well prepared. I recommend it if you want a fun and fanciful tea service vs a stuffy and overly formal experience.

    It was wonderful. Pleae note that one of your wall hangings needs ironing. And the cabinet glass behind the table needs windex. Everything else was magical, charming and delicious.

    Everything was fine, the only thing I would add is that they ask if you are celebrating anything special and I added a birthday note, they didn’t even say: Happy Birthday to the table or asked who was the birthday person. It would be a nice gesture and doesn’t cost anything.

    Excellent afternoon tea fab that they cater for dietary allergies. The themed diary free tea was amazing. The service was brilliant and the selection of teas was great. Highly recommend.

    Took my friend who has never been to afternoon tea, it was a lot of fun and she had a positive experience. The service was great, staff were very attentive the food was delicious and tasted Fresh.

    Always a wonderful time. Served an elegant Afternoon tea (they call it High tea). The tea flavours are wonderful...and you can try several pots in your sitting. I always leave with more than 1 bag of tea!!

    *food not delicate and quality mediocre at best, too expensive for the quality that was provided. Felt like food was purchased at a supermarket bakery deli section. Flavours and overall presentation not refined. *Scone super dry, hard *Teas not provided with strainers for customer use for the tea pour out (loose leaves were all in my cup when poured tea out) * dirty plates not changed * Servers not attentive; had to hunt someone down to let them know that we were ready to order. Other tables had the tea selection menu, we weren't provided with one. *Seating was 90mins, but rushed to pay the bill when our 90mins were not even up yet, guest felt super stressed out and anxious when passive aggressive staff member stood behind us, reminding us of the 90mins seating (again, our seating time wasn't up yet) *Didn't acknowledge my guest's birthday (not even verbally) even although we informed them that it was a special celebration for the day *Had the audacity to have suggested tip options of 22% on their card machine. For their subpar service and food and ambience, who are you kidding. What a joke. * NEVERLAND, NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you enjoy high prices for mediocre food, inattentive service, and being pressured to leave before the 90mins seating time limit

    Very nice! I go a couple times a year. They had a special menu on, and it was a nice change. However, I did miss the egg salad tea sandwich. Hopefully they will have it next time.

    Was a very rushed experience even though our group arrived on time. Service was quick and efficient, but there was no kindness. Just felt like we were being rushed out the whole time. Didn't have a moment to relax I enjoy the experience. The vegan / vegetarian options are mediocre. Nothing wowed us. Would have hoped for something more special at that price point.

    I've been here before and had an excellent experience. This time it was so, so. The server wasn't attentive unless we were catching her attention. I ordered two types of black tea- both over brewed and bitter. When I mentioned it, I also asked for milk for the tea to cut back on the bitterness. No apology or explanation. I'd expect a place that specializes in serving tea to know how long to brew tea and the correct temperature. The food was good and atmosphere was lovely. Did not love the included tip. We were a table of 5, but I paid for 3- was still charged the included tip (an additional $33).

    We went for my daughter’s 11th birthday and we all loved it! So much attention to detail and it was all incredible. The ambience, the service, the food and the tea! We left as full as could be but somehow wanted more! My new favourite place!

    We love Neverland Tea Salon because they give you a fantastic high tea experience. Beautifully furnished and decorated surroundings in a comfortable space. Impeccably presented and delicious tea sandwiches, sweets, and scones, and an extensive selection of teas from which to choose. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are available. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. A delightful afternoon. Also, I currently use a wheelchair and the building is level entry and fully accessible. A big plus!

    My partner and I went for mad hatter high tea and had the time of our lives we dressed for the occasion and got engaged! Chaya was our server and she was soo wonderful and made our experience even more magical! We’re from the Seattle area but we plan on coming back for the service alone! 10/10 recommend. The treats are so cute and the tea is phenomenal!

    Our Mad Hatter Tea Party was nothing short of magical!!! The place was absolutely ADORABLE and the food was amazing. The girls who worked there were very sweet and we took home the teas we drank because they were so good. Definitely recommend this experience. It was truly memorable and very special!

    Neverland Tea Salon exceeded my expectations! Not only are the food and tea offerings suuuuuuuper tasty, they also include a Gluten-free & Dairy-free option, a Vegetarian option, and a Gluten-free & Vegan option. One of my guests is Celiac and the Salon manager came to our table to ease our concern over cross-contamination, etc. It was such a validating experience! One of my guests uses a walker and requires assistance...the bathroom was large enough to accommodate us both with her walker and was very clean. The servers were all exceptional - they were very polite, knowledgeable, and charismatic. None of us could finish our food so we were given lovely little take-home boxes for our leftovers. I loved the experience from start to finish and will definitely go again!

    The food and tea were great. The 1 hour 30 minute time limit is perhaps a bit short. But even still, servers were bring bills and cleaning table at 1 hour 20 minutes in, which made us feel rushed. This is a shame since everthing else was great.

    Had a very nice high tea for our anniversary. Really comfortable ambiance, and food was delicious. They have amazing gluten free items: scones, sandwiches, cheesecake, brownies. Etc… will definitely come back

    Lovely visit for afternoon tea. We booked it the day before. Tried three types of tea each and were able to swap out one of the sandwiches that didn't appeal to us. Everything was delicious: the scones were perfect, flakey, and warm; the sweets were petite and perfect for two to three bites with good flavor and sweetness; the sandwiches were lovely albeit a little bland. Great service and lovely ambience.

    Great place to go with a friend. However, it is very expensive. The ambience was nice and the tea was sublime. Great place to go once. However, I don't believe I will return because of the price per person. The sandwiches were hit and miss. Some were delicious and others were not as appetizing. The desserts were all well done, as well as the scone. Overall, would recommend.
