    食物好吃，但服務很差！入座後等了6、7分鐘才有服務生來招呼，水的部分因為我點了氣泡水跟一般水各一，但送來時是2大罐，我們兩位根本喝不完，服務生應該建議我們點一瓶就好！最後因為吃的太膩，才詢問有無果汁跟可樂，才知道有，一開始點餐時也沒說…而且詢問時服務生說是可續杯的果汁跟可樂，結果喝完要續也不行…麵包濃湯沙拉時出餐比較慢，而且是一道吃完才出下一道，等到主餐時，牛排義大利麵跟菠菜蘑菇松露薯條反而都一起上，有去過的人都知道，牛排份量很大，是沒法跟義大利麵同時吃的，造成最後珍寶蝦義大利麵也冷掉了！最後因為我們是去慶生的，前一天確認訂位時餐廳還詢問我壽星的英文名字，但最後壽星的小蛋糕一直沒有送來，還要我去跟服務生詢問才送來（感覺就是忘了），送來時就是默默的放上來，連句祝福也沒說，更不要提要幫我們合照了，還有還有，送蛋糕來時因為桌面已經都整理了，所以我們是沒餐具的，還要去跟服務生要，這種服務，讓我們去慶生是尷尬到極點，更是讓男生漏氣，絕對不會再去第二次了！ 對了，結帳時也沒讓我確認點餐的明細，就只是讓我喵一眼總金額，真的是喵一眼喔，因為感覺服務生是覺得不要讓女生知道消費總額是比較好，這點我認同，但真的有必要讓客人確認消費明細不是嗎？我到現在連水資是多少都不知道… 還有我們鄰近一桌3人座，講話聲音有夠大，更不要說笑聲的誇張，在這種氣氛餐廳，也不見服務生去提醒，唉… 最後一點，離場時也沒告知我們電梯可以直接搭到一樓離開，因為入場時我們是從微風四樓再轉搭電梯到45樓的，吃完離開時已經23:00了，百貨公司都關了

    燈光有點暗，不好拍照跟看菜單 餐點的部分滿不錯的，份量很大又可以單點是這家店的優點 斟酌點餐，就能避免吃不完的狀況🤤

    Great place. Great steakhouse with excellent service. Customized menu and wonderful anniversary cake for us on the house. Our names were printed on the menu. A nice touch. The lamb was excellent and the view from the 45th floor (including the restrooms) were amazing. Price was also very reasonable considering all that the restaurant offered.

    It is nice to have lunch with my wife in this restaurant, but the meal is moderate. It is like they buy the steak from Costco and provide it to customers. but the atmosphere is nice. If you have a date, you can ask her out there. It is good to talk and to have a romantic with your date.

    服務非常的貼心優秀，食物就是應有的水準。 單杯紅酒的狀態很好入口，第一次點義大利麵有被巨大的份量驚嚇到！

    從接待櫃檯到點餐，服務人員態度都非常冷淡，第一次到高級餐廳感覺這麼差的。而且餐廳燈光暗，還要開手機手電筒才看得到菜單上的字。點餐人員只靠過來問了兩次要不要點餐，完全沒有想要稍微介紹菜單的意思，也許這是這家餐廳的風格吧

    當日的最高主管根本沒有在聽我們的問題，插話插的也非常沒有禮貌，將問題反應給普通服務生他的反應都比所謂的「經理」要來的好得多，穿著西裝打著領帶一看就知道是當日最高Duty，保持著對美食的熱情詢問問題，但連最基本的聆聽都做不到，極度失望，但食物跟氣氛很好，沒有毀掉我老婆的生日心情

    濃湯、開胃菜吃完 到主餐牛排的間隔近一小時 來的時候瓷盤也不是熱的 每一道菜都沒介紹是什麼 在熱炒店吃飯都沒這麼隨便 因為三人點了兩種牛排 服務人員主動說要做成拼盤 每個人盤子裡會有兩種牛排 結果上餐後也沒分別的品項 放了就離開 整個用餐體驗跟孤兒一樣 加個水都要招很久的手 除了風景漂亮 想不到優點了 食物普通 服務差 價格高昂 上個月才吃完茹絲葵 整個體驗高下立判

    整體的服務不錯，窗邊的位置景色很好。食物上生蠔普通比不上S&W，海鮮拼盤沒有特色，凱撒沙拉比茹絲葵差，但是牛排真的不錯，比起其他美式牛排館來的更嫩更香。

    服務週到，隨時都注意客人的需求。餐點不錯，連很挑食的小孩都很滿意。紀念日用餐也會幫忙拍照。可惜今天天氣不好，不然景觀會更好。下次有機會會再訪。

    牛排真的好吃，喜歡軟嫩口感的菲力牛排，三分熟真的只敢在高級的餐廳吃，松露起司薯條、波菜炒蕈菇，也是蠻好吃的，如果食量不大的建議點12 oz來分食！

    超扯！馬鈴薯泥吃不完, 把包回家, 回家餐盒打開, 竟然除了馬鈴薯泥外, 還多一小盒薯條！ 重點是我們根本沒有點薯條！ 薯條剩不多, 估計是別桌客人吃不完打包的！ 實在是有夠噁心！這種餐廳會犯這種低級錯誤！我實在無言！ 只能把所有打包的食物通通扔掉, 因為根本不知道打包到哪一桌！

    曾經來過，但此次經驗更好，服務、餐飲水準、整體環境更上層樓，精益求精，菜單更新之外，對於額外慶祝活動的服務也非常細緻，是此價位該有的服務品質，一切都讓人感覺舒適、愉悅、美味，值得推薦。

    餐廳氛圍很好，餐點部份可，麵的部分麵條過多且攪在一起其實很沒有口感，即使麵算不錯吃但口感部分就不是非常優秀 麵所附的蝦子口感偏硬，是否用明蝦不確定，如果只是草蝦就.....或是烹調方式？ 服務部分可接受但還未到非常好的地步，前面麵包和沙拉上的很快，後面主餐用完就晾在那很久，我主動提可以收餐及可上生日蛋糕才處理 廁所洗手台滿是水漬未清，擦手紙垃圾桶滿出來很久未清都有些扣分 應該說以此價位上的餐廳，除了view與氛圍，並未達到應有水準

    氣氛很好風景美，食物還不錯，壽星蛋糕是布朗尼滿好吃的。商業午餐搭配這個風景氣氛算實惠。麵包配奶油也不錯可以續，推薦嚐鮮

    服務較不細心，但感謝服務人員安排在窗邊，謝謝慶生的蛋糕跟照片，非常暖心！ 食物部分點了五分熟的菲力，上桌的時候熟過頭，有點老，附送的麵包好吃，龍蝦湯蠻特別蠻好喝，肋眼還可以，整體體驗還行，景色很棒！

    非常差的體驗，我們全家皆同意應該不會再訪。Morton在剛來台灣時，我們全家就拜訪多次，那是好幾年前了，我的印象都非常好，尤其是那時的Mac&Cheese，我還是印象深刻的好吃。這次因為很久未訪，加上常吃的那間牛排館沒位置，結果改來Morton's，超級後悔。首先，當初電話預約跟我說沒位置，原本還很失望，結果上網預約卻有，根本不合理，結果當天蒞臨發現餐廳超空，我知道台灣餐廳缺人手是常態，但至少做到網站跟電話一致吧．服務更是不優，態度非常冷漠，好像根本不歡迎我們，介紹菜單也介紹的不情不願，海鮮盤的烤生蠔非常難吃，半生不熟不懂那道菜的料理意涵，回去後多位家人肚子出現不適．豬排牛排也普通，想念已久的Mac&Cheese味道單一，不復從前濃郁有層次的滋味．唯一欣慰的是熔岩巧克力非常好吃，真的喜歡濃濃巧克力流出配上冰淇淋的滋味，其實當初常去餐廳沒位置正發愁時就是看到Morton's有熔岩才決定來這，還好這個沒讓我失望。最後最後，電梯非常難等！！！因為樓上是自助餐，餐期結束有大批客人離開，導致我們得等很久電梯，知道其實不是Morton's的錯，但是放任客人在那邊傻等也不是一個理想的流程吧！微風也應該檢討，高峰期只開放一個電梯是想怎樣。All in all, very dissapointed, will never visit again. Sad

    隔壁桌的摟摟抱抱，有點吃不下去。看個夜景就要摟腰，過去吃女生豆腐，公共場合還是希望能保持一下，有需求可晚點在去辦事。

    我們4位六點到,6:20點完餐 牛排7:20上, 牛排上來都冷的, 烤物也冷了, 我們點了4客2988的牛排+烤物餐 都一致覺得餐點不好

    第一次來用餐，整體氛圍不錯，食物也算好吃合胃口。但服務品質比較不符合期待 首先，整個用餐體驗會有一種 人手不足的感覺，包括我們在門口等了2分鐘才有同仁招呼我，因為櫃檯同仁在電話中，無法兼顧。 另外用餐過程中也有數次等候發生，等候菜單，等候餐具。 服務同仁是親切的，但略顯靦腆與生疏，希望可以多鼓勵同仁增加其信心
