Recently attempted to visit for my wife’s birthday and we were greeted with a locked door and several workers completely ignoring us as if we didn’t have a reservation. When I attempted to call, the phone was picked up and sat back down disconnecting the call. I have supported this establishment for many years as it is my wife’s favorite but after the blatant disrespect tonight I will be seeking other options in the future. This is not how you treat loyal customers. My wife was completely devastated and confused as to why we would be treated this way. I will be requesting to speak to the owner to understand, how and why their staff feels it is okay to do this. It is NOT okay. I surely hope this issue gets resolved and future customers are not met with this same treatment. Very disappointed.

Food was mediocre, specifically the lobster ravioli(appetizer), and the sea bass(entree) both had noticeably old seafood. The potatoes au gratin(side) was undercooked, the potatoes were tuff. Service was good, our waitress/ FL Mgr. were both professional. I realize food waste is costly but patrons should never be expected to offset company losses by receiving a low quality product!

Our family of five treated my wife to a fantastic Mother’s Day lunch. As a “steak snob” 😉, I expect a center cut filet with excellent marbling and tenderness. That’s what we had and more. The portion size of the side dishes and desserts were huge! Our server was fantastic. Truly a 5 star experience.

My children took me for Mother’s Day. Our server was nice, personable and attentive. The food was just blah. Steaks not prepared very well and cut of meat just average or really less than as far as quality. I’ve dined here at least 3 times before and the meat tasted the worst of all my previous experiences. I’ve been here numerous times for special events and dinner and the food was GOOD. So, I was expecting that. But this time really was NOT GOOD. They offered $5 valet - and when our valet was given our ticket - he made multiple trips and when I asked about it - he said he “forgot” to bring my car around so we had to wait in the cold for about 15 -20 minutes. Yes. He said he FORGOT. Luckily we could step inside the Carillon building lobby. The whole experience just was NOT worth the $400 we spent.

Notified them we were celebrating getting new jobs / promotions. Our waiter was very accommodating! The food was really good. One of the managers came to check on us throughout our time there to make sure we had the best experience and was very helpful.

My first time in Morton’s in years. Sat in the bar area and dined, Bill the bartender was amazing! Very professional and personal, Bill made great recommendations for my sides, and is just a great guy. Will return again when Bill is working (Monday-Thursday). If you are dining at a table, definitely go in a little early and enjoy one of Bills martinis at the bar, one of the best I’ve ever had! I’m a local and will stop by more often for a great meal with excellent service.

This was my second ever trip to Morton’s and I was expecting much better. I ordered my filet cooked medium, along with sides of mashed potatoes and corn. My steak was cooked medium well (at best), so I asked if this was how a medium steak is usually prepared. Our server replied that it depended on who was cooking the steak that night. She then returned the filet so that I could have one to my specifications. While I was waiting, my friend pretty much finished her meal. The mashed potatoes needed salt and the corn was lacking in flavor. When I got my steak, my friend watched me eat. The server did not return again until it was time for the check. I was charged full price for my meal. Definitely not the experience I was expecting at Morton’s.

What a great “date night”! We’ve never been to Morton’s before but we’ll definitely be back. We didn’t feel rushed, had wonderful cocktails, delicious dinner with great service from the entire staff.

We dined at Morton’s to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday and everything was phenomenal. Tommy was our server and he was exceptional. From the French onion soup and wedge salad to the top notch steaks and dessert, everything was on point. It’s not a cheap date, but worth every penny. Great meal with great people.

We had a great time! The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We arrived on time for our 9:15pm reservation. I did see that the restaurant got an 88 rating on sanitation. However in looking at the recent reviews the manager had addressed the issues with another diner. The hostess was doubling as a server, and it took her a little time to seat us. All of the food was freshly prepared, from the wedge salad to the ribeye steak and pork chop. The key lime pie was definitely homemade and de-licious! The only thing that I was a little disappointed with is that the restaurant ran out of baked potatoes and mashed potatoes. We were given the option of potato sides, but declined. The dessert made up for it! The total cost was comparable to what we usually spend at our favorite Brazilian restaurant in the area. And well worth it. We will be back!

It was my bday and had to wait 40 minutes past our reservations time just to sit. Nobody came to table for even water for another 10 min. Manager was terrible unempathetic just wanted to state emergency with fire alarm earlier to everyone that came in door. But didn't even offer anything for the wait. Just the way he handled things were terrible! Our waiter was great he should be the Manager

The server overall was ok but forgetful at times and brought the wrong food to the table. They were apologetic, but with this kind of establishment, you expect top-notch experience. But I will return. Everyone has bad moments, and it doesn't make everything bad.

Last night I took Ressa and my mother to Morton’s steak house for dinner.. here’s my review This was our very first time trying Morton’s although I’ve driven past it many times. As soon as we entered the restaurant I noticed that they had an 88 for a sanitation score. I asked the hostess what caused such a score and she couldn’t answer me. She went and got the manager who came out and explained that the score was due to a crack in a valve and expired water testing strips. There’s was no indication of a lack of cleanliness so I accepted his explanation and thanked him for taking the time to explain it to me. We sat down at the table around 8:05. We did not receive our meals until 9:07.. I was extremely upset…. Until I ate the food. Please trust and believe me when I tell you that every single bite was the epitome of exceptional!!! I had jumbo shrimp, twin lobster tails, and truffle fries. The jumbo shrimp was seared to perfection and contained a burst of flavors that were somehow delivered in stride, meaning every chew presented a new flavor. The twin lobster tails were cooked to perfection with a presentation so beautiful I hesitated to eat it lol. The truffle fries were also cooked to perfection. There wasn’t a single drop of grease on them, almost as if they cooked them with an air fryer. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the portion sizes. Morton’s legitimately gives you your money’s worth. The atmosphere is very upscale and elegant. My only complaint is the serving time and the actual service itself. I’ve become spoiled by steak 48’s over the top service so my expectations place restaurants on the highest of pedestals. All in all this was a very enjoyable night celebrating my mothers birthday since I was out of town on her actual day. 8.5/10 I highly recommend dinning at Morton’s if you haven’t before. Just make sure you put on your patient face. There may be a wait to be served. 🌚

We enjoyed this restaurant to the fullest. We went to celebrate my fiancés birthday and they treated her so well. The host,bartender, and our waiter told her HBD several times which made her feel so special. The food tasted good. My steak was medium but by the time I got to it, it had cooked itself to medium well so wish that hadn’t happened but outside of that the food was great. Oh and we loved the onion rings and the music they play
