    It was a shocking hot night. No air conditioning made it un attractive to eat dinner and enjoy. Our wait staff were lovely but were seriously put under pressure by managements decision made on the priority of the venue that night. I hope the staff that night received praise for the work to keep the venue running. I am aware of the new venue opened by the owners and their taking of their best staff there, to not look after this venue... poor decision..I witnessed people getting up and leaving due to slow service. Won't be back In Summer even though i am a long term loyal customer as it was uncomfortable and considering the amount of money spent on meals warrants customers to be able to dine in comfort. Terrible.

    Awesome food and drinks. Waiter (Donnie) was excellent! Only thing I would change would be to turn the music down slightly - had to raise your voice to be heard by those at your table, which contributes to the noise level in general then you need to speak louder…vicious cycle. Everything else was exceptional.

    I highly recommend Moo Moo for that extra attentive service and overall dining experience. There are several premium wagyu cuts to choose from, ours were perfect, juicy melt in your mouth and flavourful. The wine selection is extensive with a broad selection of local and imported wines. I highly recommend Moo Moo to steak lovers particularly but they have other options for non meat eaters. Some may say a little pricy, but this is a quality restaurant and the food and service will not disappoint.

    The meal was saved by the quality of the dessert. For a steak restaurant the steak was poorly cooked. I've had better steaks from the local country pub. For the money we spent, we left very disappointed.

    Everything was overall pretty nice. Although we had to wait 30 mins for our booked table. The Wagyu tasting plate spe ial has changed to 3 pieces for 160ish, whereas the old 2 piece tasting plate, for 95 or O was better value. Overall nice food just had to wait for 30 mins without notice prior

    We are from Ballarat, we enjoy high quality food and environment. Our dining partners have previously experienced Moo Moo. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Personally I have limited steak experience. ( previous experience was at Rock Pool) This was the first time I've had Wagu, and medium. Chefs kiss ** A special highlight was our waitress. Jay. Thank you for your extensive knowledge, politeness and caring disposition. The only regret I have, was I didn't have any cash on me to personally tip Jay. Please retain her as an asset to your restaurant. We are frequent visitors to the Gold Coast, will be highly recommending Moo Moo to our fellow travellers, as we certainly will be returning to your restaurant. With care and beautiful dining Melanie, Mark, Matthew and Isabelle.

    Beautiful meal at Moo Moo, delicious drinks, entrees and mouth watering steak. It's certainly on the pricey side of things but you won't leave disappointed, perhaps just with a lighter wallet!

    Alberto our waiter and the other waitress were outstanding and recommended some fabulous food to us. They really knew about the meat and cuts etc so we were happy to trust their judgment. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back!

    I had booked this restaurant for dinner during our stay in the Gold Coast. We selected the MooMoo signature dish. Service was great and the waiter knew the menu and assisted. Food was delicious and MORE than enough being a 1kg Wagyu Rump.
