NOSSA HISTÓRIA APAIXONADOS PELO SLOW & LOW COOK O Barbecue é sinónimo de amigos, partilha de experiências e alegrias. Uma luta amigável entre carnes, fogo e fumo enquanto o dia avança entre conversas e boas cervejas. É isto que fazemos todos os dias, já não estamos na varanda lá de casa, mas a sensação de estar entre amigos mantem-se igual. É um privilégio que agradecemos diariamente! Lembro-me perfeitamente da primeira vez que estivemos no Texas. Ainda estávamos dentro do Aeroporto Austin Bergstrom, quando a minha irmã começou a falar-nos da comida texana. Entretanto já passaram 6 anos e 4 longas visitas e, em cada uma das nossas viagens, procuramos aprender todos os cantinhos de quem gosta de um bom Barbecue - um Pulled Pork no ponto, assim como outras carnes confecionadas à sua maneira. Nestas viagens começou o nosso interesse pela aprendizagem da arte do Slow & Low Cook e do seu sabor tão significativo. É bom puder partilhar convosco

We went to get Ribs and Brisket because it is supposed to be a BBQ place in Porto. We arrived and were sat. We put or our drink order in and looked at the menus. Our drinks came back and we talked while looking at the menu. When we were ready to order, we were told that the had no Ribs or Brisket, only chicken or pork. We were all confused because we are at at BBQ restaurant. We also felt they they should have told us as we walked in as opposed to waiting for us to receive our drinks. We would have left. I feel that was purposely done. You cannot run out of Ribs if you are a bbq place!
