   We were disappointed that a couple of main items were sold out by our dinner reservation (6pm). Service was horrible. Our server rarely checked in on us and we had to ask for side plates after they dropped off our shared appetizers. We also had to ask for appetizer plates to be removed after our mains arrived. Our empty glasses were never removed through the entire meal, even though we got new drinks during appetizers. We even lined them at the end of our table and the server never bothered. Overall the lack of service and care diminished our experience. We still gave 18% gratuities as we didn’t want to penalize other servers in case the tips are shared.

    We have never had a bad meal at Milestones. It doesn't matter what we order, we are always pleased. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a great feel to it.

    Great food, ambiance and our waiter, Jamie and also Matt were great. They made sure we were always taken care of and we didn't wait long for our meal. My group was celebrating my birthday and Jaime made our experience a memorable one.

    Crowded seating area and high traffic created a lot of noise and interruption throughout our meal. Food was good; not great. Steak (7oz filet) was under seasoned and croutons in he Caesar salad were beyond stale. Sea bass Was good although the presentation could use some improvement. Wine list has a good selection. Wham bam shrimp appetizer was the highlight of the meal. Overall a good experience- but overly expensive considering the quality of food and ambience. Would return for drinks and appetizers, or maybe a burger but not likely for a full entree.

    We dined on New Year's Eve. We were pleasantly surprised with the menu options & quality of the food. Roland provided us with exceptional service on such a busy evening. We will return to Milestones Barrie soon.

    When we were being seated told we have 1 hrs. And 45 minutes to be out. Not a friendly way to start meal. Service was slow due to New Years Eve and we did take close to.time allowed but only because we waited for our food and drinks.

    Great service and ambiance. Would be 5 stars, but my wife's chicken breast was dry and only half the size. We should have returned it, but she had ribs with it which were good. Calamari was one of the best we've had and spinach dip was amazing.

    Milestones is one of my favourite places to eat. When I'm meeting up with friends or family I always recommend we eat there and normally I have no complaints. Unfortunately, this week when I met up with an old friend for lunch I was slightly disappointed in the food. Most of the time I order the Sweet Chili Chicken Bowl and it always arrives just perfect but this time it was cold and the wonton crisps were mushy and tasted a little stale. I didn't say anything at the time because I could see how busy our server was. |However, this experience did not change my mind, Milestones is still one of my favourites and I will continue to go back.     Well the food and service were really good but I was disappointed that the entree I had been looking forward to was not available. No problem, I just ordered my next favourite from the menu to find that it came with pesto sauce rate than tomato sauce. Apparently I could have ordered it with tomato but wasn't aware of that until it was too late. Anyway, apart from that, all good and my wife really enjoyed her fillet which was cooked to perfection.
