About this restaurant

Innovative

Michel Piare, our Head Sushi Chef and Proprietor, hand selects all the fresh fish and ingredients for Michie Sushi. Together with partner Anna van Exel, his twin brother Mike and exclusive taste testers Rosalie and Sara Piare, they run the Michie team. We at Michie look forward to welcoming you through our doors to experience the finest sushi and Japasese-style hot food that Dublin has to offer.
The word “Michie” means “filled with smiles and laughter” in Japanese. Michel chose this name as it resembles his own and has a wonderful meaning.
It brings us great joy when a customer approaches us and says “Thank you, that was delicious”. Here at Michie Sushi, we only want the very best in quality and satisfaction for you.

Lovely place, fantastic views, super staff, gorgeous food, wouldn't hesitate to recommend for lunch. I'm a vegetarian, my dining companion a vegan and we were both happy. Try the green tea ice cream!
