   Our waitress was P Chandni who was exceptional. She took our orders in a timely manner without writing anything down which is truly remarkable. And every order was right when our food arrived.

   We had reservations and were seated immediately by a very nice host. We sat in the dining area and I really enjoyed the overall vibe and decor. My husband had the prime rib and I had crab cakes. Both were delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive. We will go back again.

   I stopped on right after getting off the plane and the food was just what I needed! The blueberry pancakes are as big as the plate-Huge!! ..and there r 2 of the. The food was delicious and the mimosa was great. Might want to consider bottomless for Sunday brunch Michaels is always a vibe. Jessica is gone 🥺but my new favorites are Mac & Bradley 😉

   First beer served was flat, ciabatta bread for chicken sandwich needed to be toasted a little longer, flavor was good, but there was so much pesto on the sandwich. Lamb meatballs were slightly undercooked but still tasted good. The chair that I sat in was broken, but not to the point that it was a problem. Server was attentive and pleasant.

   6pm on a Sunday Ordered oysters, spicy steamed shrimp, and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The oysters: Chincoteagues, and the condiments that came with them were good, and the overall flavor of the oysters was good as well. Excess shell and grit. The oysters had not been cleaned prior to shucking. Not a deal-breaker, but not very professional either - and id expect seriously professional when taking the wife out in on a date. The steamed shrimp: Extremely Salty and overcooked. Salty to the point of eye watering, overcooked to the point of shell sticking to the flesh making them extremely difficult to peel. Atmosphere. Soso. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the patio area itself. And most of the the adults around were pleasant and good-natured in general. Two things: 1- a guy on his cell phone conducting business very loudly. Get an office. Really. 2- Five year old wandering aimlessly from table to table, underfoot playing loud cartoons on an iPhone. Hey mom & dad - I get it, we all need a night out, AWAY FROM THE KIDS. Don’t bring them to a supposedly slightly upscale restaurant. Take them to Applebees, TGIF’s, etc.

   Excellent vegan options. The bartender provided excellent service and gave great options for plant-based selections and mocktails for non-drinkers. Excellent meeting spot for family members who reside in DC and PA.

    Great Mother's Day brunch/lunch. There were six of us - and everyone got different entrees: breakfast burger, shrimp & grits, eggs benedict, crab cake benedict, lobster roll and caeser salad with steak. The food was excellent across the board, and came out quickly and perfectly prepared. And our server, G, was great. It was an all around perfect Mother's Day brunch.

    This was a brunch with several friends, two who were visiting from Alaska. We had great e time, our server was out of this world and the food was delicious.

    Alex was excellent. Food was delicious. The decor very soothing. Negative was floor being swept while we were dining. Unacceptable to preform that task when diners are eating. If necessary, get a unit that vacuums,quietly. Get rid of broom and dust pan.

    I would normally give Michaels a five-star rating for all but this visit was not as good as we expected. It was busy in the area where we were seated, so, I get that but some things were off. We ordered a bottle of wine and our dinners at same time. I had ordered a salad and hubby ordered cup of soup. We waited a bit before the soup and salad arrived but did not get the wine ( I do equate getting the wine as if you ordered a drink before dinner). A manager arrived with our entrees as we were still in the process of eating the salad and soup (no, we are not slow eaters!). Still no wine and I asked if they were making the wine because we were still waiting for it. Our waiter almost immediately then got the wine. I will say my entree was excellent (the seafood cioppino but my husband was disappointed with the special he ordered. This was not our first visit and will not be our last, as we really like Michael's but it was really off this time.

    Not our first time at Michael's and won't be our last. The food has been good in the past but this meal was outstanding. I had the rock fish while my husband had the short ribs. The crab dip is really good! We will be back soon!

    We love the hummus and meatballs appetizer and always look forward to that when we visit. My husband enjoyed his salmon entree and my shrimp salad was delicious. I was disappointed my substituted bread was not toasted as requested but it held up pretty well because the sh salad was not overly "juicy". Our new waitress did a good job of taking care of us.

    This is my 2nd time visiting the cafe. My 1st review was last Saturday. My son and I visited for brunch. Last night, we visited for dinner. As, expected the dinner was just as delicious/perfect as their brunch. In addition, my son’s desert was and looked so delicious! Our waitress Nikki was wonderful, suggested this specific ice cream to go a long with the brownie, and she filled our drinks without even having to be asked! Just a wonderful experience each time we have visited. I will be sure to bring family and friends to this wonderful neighborhood cafe!!

    The food was great as always. Been here a few times now. I have to be honest my waiter was horrible, his attention was elsewhere seemingly. I would like to think the SUPER BOWL my have played a part, but this was 2pm in the afternoon so I can’t blame it on the game. I plan to come back again,I enjoy the food each an every time I go

    Love this place! Food/drinks always great. Noise level is to be expected considering the amount of people but certainly nothing to make you want to leave. We’ll certainly be back.
