    Great service Food not as good as we had before soup was cold Caesar salad was not as good as normal the unfortunately the lobster that I ordered I overcooked my bad it was not as good but everything else was wonderful. Thank you so much for making our anniversary special The service was amazing

    Service was fantastic. She was on the ball on everything and was so knowledgeable about my celiac disease. Steak was tough and very stringy so that is our only complaint but other than that the food was tasty as usual.

    Our dining experience at the melting pot was sensational was nice and quiet would highly recommend to anybody as we have been there before and would go back again in a heartbeat

    This is one of my favorite places to have a relaxed dinner with family or friends. If you are looking for a place where you don't feel rushed, where conversation is paramount to fast rushed service, this is your place. Never rushed, always great service and drinks and the food, well you choose your sauces and dinner options, its always a great time.

    ok so I made a reservation a month ahead of time with the specifics that we had a Celiac and an onion allergy. We get there and are told we cannot be placed at a two burner table because they are busy? but they will bring us a second burner for the main course ,, ok no problem first course was good we all opted for the celiac version so we didn't cross contaminate. come to the main course I had to opt for the oil because all of their broths have onions, they bring just the oil and place it on the burner, we are waiting for the broth to come and instead she starts bringing the food when we ask where is the broth she is all confused and has to go find our waiter who then finally brings us a second burner plugs it in and brings the broth. the broth is for the celiac guest and the oil is for those of us who are not. as we start to eat we notice that the oil is getting really hot so we ask the waiter to turn down the portable burner, it wont turn down!!! so our food is getting burnt i finally just pull the plug so we don't burn the place down and we call the waiter over to see if they can bring us a burner that works, there solution is to have us trade places and put the soup base on the portable burner to which we declined because of cross contamination we had been eating gluten on that side of the table and didn't want our friend to get sick. he said he would see what he could do for the inconvenience and the burnt food and the manager said that because we refused to move we would get nothing! long story short we will not be back and i would recommend everyone to stay away if you have allergies. and when we got the chocolate dish they brought us non celiac at first and we had to ask them to bring the celiac option all around poor service!!!
