    Always been my favorite restaurant but they got rid of my favorite drink and they are getting quite pricey. Hostess staff were great. Waiter was ok.

    Food was disappointing, first time at a melting pot expected more for the money. Our waiter was new, (Chris from Maine) but awesome and made the night for us. Was surprised to see the Front of the house manager dressed in a checkered flannel shirt, and khaki pants, chatting with the hostesses all night. Didn't look all that professional. Will not be returning.

    This was my first time at the melting pot and it will not be my last! Everything was delicious and the big night out 4 course pre fix was such a good deal. Our server Bryanna was so welcoming and Dave the manager stopped by the table to say hello. Can’t wait to come back!

    I should've read the reviews before coming here for my child's birthday dinner. Had a reservation for 6pm (they won't sit you even if you arrive 5 minutes before your time - simply a FYI). The older hostess was off putting, even my spouse felt it when he came in. She was not welcoming, not even a hello. We were treated differently than other 6pm reservations who had warm welcomes and even asked who their birthday person was in the party. Our server explained nothing about the menu, rather we listened to the server next to us explain the options to that family. Order was taken at 6:15pm. Food did not arrive until 7pm. A long wait for raw food to be brought to the table. Food was bland even with a coq au vin base. When it came time for the kids to enjoy their chocolate fondue (we ordered kids combo meals), the server said he made a mistake and the kids couldn't have the cheese and chocolate fondue. Instead we had to order a separate chocolate fondue, ridiculous!! To top it off, Melting Pot is so stingy and gave sample size pieces of food to dip, and only about 7 tiny pieces that fit between 2 fingers. For $170 save your money and go elsewhere.

    Fabulous! My first time back since the remodel, and it exceeded my expectations! The food and service are first rate, a great bar menu, and the aesthetics and ambiance are a level up but still really comfortable. Great for date night or fun evening out with friends. And fondue is something interesting and different...not your usual restaurant fare, and that makes it fun.

    Another very fun night at the Melting Pot. Our server Brianna was excellent, very accommodating with our special requests - she made our night. The 4 course meal is a lot of food - but also takes time, so it's a great evening for just chatting with friends.
