It was just ok for the price. Our server was having an off night. Food was heavily salted. Probably wont go back.

Really surprised how mediocre the meal was at this location. The restaurant was completely dead on a Friday night. Steaks came out 10mins after the soup and salad was delivered. Beautiful faculty but dining experience was lacking for M&S.

Awesome experience. We were celebrating a birthday and was running behind schedule. Called restaurant while en route to advise of the late arrival and the hostess happily pushed back reservation by 15 minutes. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, asked if we preferred a window seat or booth and was escorted to our table. We enjoyed all of our entrées, drink and desserts which were: Tito's Cherry Mule, Herb Broth Sea Bass, Cioppino Fettuccine, Dry Rubbed Black Angus Ribeye Steak, Classic Creme Brulee and a complimentary happy birthday dessert that I believe contained vanilla ice cream, a brownie, chocolate syrup and walnuts. Happy Birthday was written with a raspberry glaze. Our server Kristina was exceptional and was the icing on the cake. Will absolutely come back, especially if celebrating a special occasion.

We were surprised to be served what was considered good wine in an above average establishment in a dripping wet wine glass with both the wine (white) freezing cold. Would be good to rethink in-house wine serving practices.

It took 18 mins before a server approached our table. That was after I stopped another server and asked where ours was. The manager apologized and compped our first round of drinks.

Overall the experience was fine, the waitress was nice but there were some periods where we we're wondering when she would come back. The steaks we had were good, the mashed potatoes were good, the shrimp and side potatoe wedges were also good. Good experience overall and we'd come back

These guys were fabulous about my daughter's food allergies and made her birthday celebration there extra special. The manager Lee was especially helpful along with the waiter! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent food and service! Unfortunately, businesses at the Inner Harbor are still struggling. I hope this place stays open. We went on a Thursday night, and there were only a small handful of customers in a restaurant that can seat a rather large number of customers. This place is a gem, so I hope more people will come out to support it.

Service was fine but food was below expectations. Fried oysters came out soggy rather than crispy. Center cut filet was gristly. Grilled Mahi Mahi was overcooked and bland. None of these issues made the food inedible but we felt like we were eating at a hotel restaurant rather than an upscale establishment.

We were assigned to the worst waitress in the restaurant! She took our orders and never came back for 20 minutes to see if we wanted or needed anything! She eas nasty from the beginning and when I called someone over to talk about replacing her, she came and inserted herself in my conversation. When I asked for the manager, she sent over the sous-chef to talk to me. Finally a manager did come over and talked to us. The sous-chef tried to rectify the situation by giving my partner a free alcoholic beverage and me a free dessert. It didn't rectify anything and we won't be going back!

Christmas dinner. Waited 30 minutes despite having a reservation. The incompetent front desk staff gave our table to someone else. They revealed this to us after walking all the way around the restaurant and then told us to go back to the waiting area. We were with my 79-year-old mobility challenged mother. Then the head host was nasty to us for complaining. Manager said she would address it, and didn’t. Food and table service subpar. I’ve been going to M&S for years across two cities. I probably will not return to this one. *One exception: the guy who busses the tables made sure we got seated. He was the highlight of the evening.

Although the server did his best, the food was very disappointing. My seabass was overcooked and rubbery. My friend's rib eye was also overcooked and tough and the mashed potatoes were cold. The replacement potatoes were flavorless and reminiscent of dehydrated potatoes. My other friend's burger was also overdone and the roll was stale. Had a much better burger the next day at an airport cafe for half the price. My third guest enjoyed his shrimp cocktail. All in all a big disappointment for Christmas dinners and at a hefty price. (with wine, dinner for 4 was over $200) By the way, the floor in the servers station was filthy

After getting seated and waiting for about 30 mins our waiter came over and took our drinks and appetizer orders. Waiting for over another 30 minutes our waiter came back to apologize that he totally forgot about us 🤦🏾‍♀️ then retake our orders. Our appetizers and drinks were out quickly. We were then told that fresh bread was in the oven for us which we didn't get, we got our dinners were hot but not flavorful. Nice upscale restaurant with very poor service!

We ate early so we had a very private table with a view of the sunset over the harbor. Absolutely perfect location. The salads and appetizers were fresh and the steaks were cooked well. Our server was outstanding.

Our server (Nick?) was one of the best I've ever had. Give this man a raise! My son spilled his glass of water and he took care of it so fast and didn't make him feel bad at all. He was very understanding of his food allergies and was super personable.

Reservation was at 5:30, seated at 6, It was 7pm before we got our drinks, 7:30 before we got our soup, waiter kept missing things, askkk for straws, I ordered unsweetened iced tea, I.
