First time visiting, they offered a Mother's Day menu. We both got the 6oz filet mignon. It qas fantastic, cooked perfectly to our requested preparation. It was very busy, our waiter was managing many tables but kept us satisfied and checked PM us regularly. I wasn't expecting so many families with children to be there but the restaurant easily accommodated, and there's menu items for little ones. Overall we loved it

The manager with the locs in her hair, is always a GREAT. He make’s things happen all the time for his guest. He is the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE. My waitress Maddison(Mandy) with the glasses was the best. She kept a smile on her face the whole time she was with us. They made Mother’s Day a blast for me and my family. Thank you

I love the service I had and the food was great! My only concern is no valet parking. I am a amputee so I had to have my wife park the car and wait to get seated. Would love to see valet parking as an option.

Food was amazing. Service started out slow. Did not explain the Mother's Day special. Proceeded to get better service but by the end of the meal my kids were never offered a refill on their drinks and my wife asked for extra sauce.....that took too long to get.

We couldn't get a booth as they were reserved yet for the 2 hours we were there. There were at least 6 different booths that were still empty. Everyone around us that were already sitting or were seated after us received bread and our server was seen busy giving customers with the same number or people or more receiving their food before us even though we ordered before them. Food was good, and atmosphere nice but being told one thing and then literally seeing the opposite felt that were either slighted or ignored.

We have an annual dinner at the M&S in Charlotte every May coinciding with a trade association meeting. I am responsible for choosing this restaurant and have always enjoyed our visits...until this Monday. Our server appeared to be competent but was constantly in the weeds (I expect due to a short staffing issue). The mussels appetizer was good but the calamari was overcooked. The swordfish menu-featured entree, which was recommended by the server, was cut paper-thin and appeared to have been frozen. The crab meat placed on the top of the swordfish was distinguishable. I ordered a bottle of wine to accompany our meal. Our entrees were served and we waiting to begin eating, waiting on the bottle to arrive. As our meals were cooling we began eating and the wine still hadn't arrived by the time we were halfway or more finished with our meal. I spotted the server delivering drinks to a nearby table and asked that the wine be cancelled. This was embarrassing for me and a disappointment to my guests. There are many good restaurants in downtown Charlotte to choose from. I will likely go elsewhere next year to avoid further disappointment and embarrassment.

My wife had the lunch salmon. The salmon was alright, but the potatoes were over cooked and the green beans under cooked. I had the lunch fish and chips. The batter was really hard. Too hard even if it was fried chicken. For the price we spent it was not a good experience. We will not be back.

I thought the portion size of my salmon was considerably small for the price. Our waiter was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. I also recommend that pineapple butter cake. DELICIOUS!

Me and my friend and my brother went to the uptown location on April 28th 2022. The food was excellent. I don’t remember the servers name but she was polite and down to earth. I ordered the crab stuffed salmon. I was slightly bland but with a lil salt and pepper it was good. My friend and brother ordered steaks. They said they were perfectly cooked and tasted great. They both cleaned their plates. Overall experience was good. A good hostess also. I would highly recommend this location
