Great service and amazing food. A culinary adventure to celebrate our anniversary. We shared a sashimi tuna “flight,” grilled Saigon oysters, the giant prawns, and the tail of 2 tuna maki. All excellent! Coconut cake and peach cobbler were both wonderful!

This is by far the best restaurant in downtown Cary. The outdoor dining experience, along with the wonderful staff, not to mention the amazing food just makes it a wonderful dining experience.

Dinner as always was great at MCs. They were busy with lots of outside tables full. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and they recognized it! The lobster ramen was out of this world. Highly recommend for a special night out!

This is a fantastic restaurant in an old historic house. We enjoyed chicken spring rolls as an appetizer and prawns with almonds. Everything was delicious and sitting outside on the porch on a beautiful evening added to the experience.

This was our first visit to MC. It's located in an old house renovated to become a restaurant, and had nice outdoor & porch seating areas (which we could've chosen on this beautiful weather evening, but didn't.) We were seated right away and drink orders taken. Note, if you want a soft drink, they serve them from the cans. The menu isn't very big, but there was enough variety for us. We started with an appetizer, we got the Bao Bun which had spicy pulled chicken and cabbage slaw in a doughy "folded-over" bun. VERY tasty! My wife ordered the Bo Luc Lac which was a cubed filet. The meats was incredibly tender and tasted great. I ordered the Hidden Dragon Maki sushi, it too was very good and was also very freshly made. Our waitress was attentive and helpful and the old house was nicely decorated. You can also eat on the porch or the lawn if you want. The only bad thing about MC are the prices. We spent over $80 and we didn't have any alcohol or dessert. But, the food was very good.

We had an incredible experience. Stumbled across MC via a quick google search and so glad we did. The host greeted up by wishing us a happy anniversary. We were promptly seating and waters delivered. Everything from the wine to the dinner recommendations it was great. We were guided toward the Chef’s specialties regarding a fantastic sashimi appetizer. My wife was in the mood for steak and was guided to the daily special ribeye, which she is a filet girl. She was hesitant but after her first bite couldn’t believe what she had been missing. Perfectly marinaded and prepared steak. Lastly as we were leaving they brought a nice macaroon sampler complementary. We absolutely loved every aspect from the ambience (black violin radio) to the food and the service. Can’t wait to bring friend back with us next time.

This was our first time at MC and a special occasion. Unfortunately, the service was below the standard we expected. The host waited on us and never asked if it was our first visit or took the time to explain the menu. When our food finally arrived, it was first delivered to the couple next to us then picked up by the server when he realized the error and the plates were placed on our table. Regrettably, this was not the experience we expected for the $$$$.

MC Modern Asian Cuisine in downtown Cary was amazing!!! Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The service was spectacular. They have plenty of drink options as well. The Bluefin Tacos, Land & Sea Roll, Filet with Risotto & Chicken Pad Thai left us satisfied and we will definitely be going back soon! Thank you for a wonderful date night!

What an amazing new find! We have been searching for a restaurant of this quality since moving here 4 years ago! I can't believe we haven't been here earlier. We will definitely be back and will be bringing all our friends too. All of the food was spectacular and the service is as good (or better) than any of the top rated restaurants in NYC! We know because that is where we came from! Can't wait to go back. Our lead server was James and we will request him for all future visits.

We took an 8:15 reservation, arriving at 8:00. We were seated right away and it was soon obvious we were the last table of the night as the server focused far more often closing duties such as resetting tables for the next day and prepping chairs for vacuuming than service at our table. As a result the service had an odd cadence. We were packed in to-go containers well before the manager learned we wanted dessert. I just think if you are going to take reservations for late sittings, treat them like desired sittings or don't book them.

Well, I had to go back and get the same thing I had a couple of nights ago! My daughter was in town and we treated ourselves to a wonderful dinner! Pork chops with fig balsamic and she had the crab bowl. The waiter was great too!

MC is so consistent and the food is always prepared perfectly. I had the pork chop special that had balsamic glaze, mixed veggies and rice. May be one of the best pork chop I’ve ever had. My friend had Scallops Local Farmer Succotash, Red Curry Sauce, Gnocchi, spicy but she likes spicy food. Dessert was peach cobbler and peanut butter chocolate pie (dense), both were delicious!

Went to MC Cuisine with friends for dinner. The evening was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the service, by Lexie, was great! I encourage folks to call well ahead of time to make reservations because this gem of a restaurant is always busy.
