    Our group had two infants and we were welcomed and well cared for. The food was delicious! We came during brunch. My mimosa was champagne with a drop of OJ, just how i like it.

    First time there. The food was amazing, it will not disappoint. Service was surprisingly underwhelming. We were surprised he was a server, he didn’t have the demeanor nor the dressed or communicate skills or desire to really want to serve, probably the most disappointing part of our date night. It was also a bit expensive but we will be back in the summer, got to see the back patio!

    We have been going to Maya del Sol since it opened. It has always been very good. If they get something wrong , let them know and they will do their best to fix it. My only gripe is that their menu has not changed much over the years. They would benefit with some new additions to the menu. For higher quality Latin inspired meals, there really is no other option in Oak Park...thankfully they are very good.

    We had an absolutely outstanding dinner at Maya Del Sol! The service was perfect - friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the menu. We loved all of our food. The pork shank special entree was a standout. We love this restaurant!

    I would probably come again just because of the hospitality of the hostesses. They went above and beyond. It was a busy Friday night and there were many times where we felt a bit neglected by our server. The drinks were better than the food but still delicious enough to want to come back. Thanks again to the lovely hostesses. I wish I was able to tip them!

    My sister’s wedding reception was held on the patio her many years ago, so it was fun to return. The food was delicious, service was great, and the valet service made it easy for my elderly mom. Great experience!

    Wonderful New Year's Eve band! Nice to be able to have a table where you can eat a leisurely dinner and listen to a great band to toast in the New Year's without crowds and having to stand and worry about Co-vid by being too close to people. The food was all very good although the lamb lollipops appetizer were a too small. Excellent cocktails as well.

    I've never dressed up to bring in the new year, I chose Maya De Sol because I come during the summer and the ambiance is AMAZING, FOOD IS AMAZING AND SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!!!

    Wonderful dining experience. Meal was so enjoyable-we ordered salad and nachos del sol as appetizers; carne asada, mushroom tostada, salmon entree. All were very tasty. Service was excellent and meal served very promptly. Just lots of fun-great atmosphere and with a classy vibe

    Drinks were really good. Appetizers/sides were also very good. The entrees were not as good as I was expecting after eating the appetizers. Service was good. Tables are a bit cramped.

    Our table was ready when we arrived for our open table reservation. The service was spot on. Great ambiance and amazing food. I would highly recommend bringing family from out of town to a top rated dining experience.

    We went here for dinner on Christmas Eve. The drinks were delicious, ambience was good, and the staff and service was really great. We had 2 appetizers, guacamole & chips which was fresh and very good, and we also had the Chefs special ceviche which was just ok, not enough sea food in it. We ordered 4 entrees, the Churasco, Chicken Enchiladas, and Red Snapper which were really great. We ordered Lamb Chops which were just ok, the sauce was a bit salty and Lamb Chops over cooked. We had two deserts, Churros & Flan, which were both very good. Overall, we can say that we would go back. The experience was very good, the food was very delicious, and the wait staff very attentive.

    Four of us celebrated Christmas Eve at Maya this year. The service was excellent as is always the case at Maya. We had a lovely leisurely meal starting with the queso and mussels as appetizers with wine and sangria. For entrees we enjoyed filets, chicken and the chicken enchiladas, all beautifully prepared and delicious The atmosphere was lovely and not so loud as to prevent normal conversation. A fabulous Christmas Eve meal.

    A worthy “destination restaurant” for locals as well as Chicago and suburbs. Special, inspired cuisine. Perfect service and a beautiful environment. Street and Valet parking. Located on a blissfully quieter section of the street just beyond the hustle and bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Will definitely return.
