   Fantastic margaritas (and very potent)! We started with chips with our choice of 3 dips. All were wonderful and we had them add a small bowl of the habanero dip since we like things hot. Our favorite was the creamy jalapeno dip, but the salsa fresca, and the tomatillo dips were all delicious, as were the chips. I had one of the Mexican Dinner Plates that come with Mexican corn, jalapeno mashed potatoes, and tortilla with jalapeno butter. It was enough food for more than 2 meals for me and was delicious. Next time, however, I'll try one of the more traditional Mexican meals. My husband had the chile rellenos (he ordered them extra crisp) and they were also delicious. Nothing we had was overly spicy (except when we added habanero sauce) and the flavors were superb. The sopapilla came with ice cream and honey and one was plenty to share after a big meal. It was not puffed up like most sopapillas, but tasty nonetheless. Because it was my husband's birthday the manager sent us home with a big slice of key lime pie. I've been "sampling" it all day. It's more like cheesecake than I thought it would be but I can't quit eating it. It's in a graham cracker crust that's so good I think I might order that alone next time. I would have liked to see more diners. Granted it was early on a Tuesday night, but I am saddened by southeast Fort Collins' obsession with fast food, which is what seems to survive in this area. I would love to keep this and other "better" restaurants in our neighborhood so if you're thinking of trying it, please do! It's an excellent Mexican restaurant.

   First time here, but certainly won’t be our last. Food, service, ambiance were all excellent. Can be a bit pricey, but value is still good. Highly recommend.

   Waitress was not attentive. Took a portion of our table order and forgot the rest of the table. Waitress forgot to take our drink order and later forgot to bring the drinks. Really ruined out dinner night.

   Our experience was great except for one thing that is important to us. The lights in the dining room adjacent to the bar were very bright for evening dining. You could increase ambiance a great deal by dimming the lights. In our experience the dimming of the lights should be on someone's daily checklist or it won't get done consistently. We will definitely be back - it would be great if the lights get dimmed. Thanks!

   We’ve been looking a long time for a reliable Mexican restaurant both for ourselves and are out of town guests. My wife had delicious taquitos, and I had some chicken fajitas all of which were out of this world. The premium margaritas are worth the extra bucks

    Guacamole was the high point. Expensive drinks poor customer service didn’t even get check on water refills. Food was very overpriced and lacked real flavor. Plates sat without being removed. Won’t be returning.

    Very overcooked fish. Old very chewy tortillas (possibly microwaved?). Great chips and guacamole. Margarita was very good, but 90% crushed ice (not frozen) so a tiny portion.

    Food was pretty good: shrimp fajitas, tortilla soup, chicken enchiladas. Hard to mess up Mexican food. Tasty margaritas. Service was a touch slow but it was probably due to the 2 large parties. Definitely will return. GF options but not the chips.

    There 90 minutes before I had to say we need to go now. They took another 15 to pack it up. $70 tab for food in a Togo - cold when we got home. They did cover our appetizer- but stop by, let us know you are checking on it. Takes the fun outta date night.

    From the moment we arrived the staff was great. The hostesses offered some helpful advice about the menu. Our server, Jen, was professional, pleasant and attentive at the right times. The food was great. We will definitely be going back

    My husband and I had a good dinner, enjoying the warmth of the patio fireplace. The 6 pm Harmony Road traffic was less noisy than most restaurant interiors. I was very excited to find pina colada on the drink menu and it was very good. It is rare to find in Fort Collins. The chile rellenos and the fish tacos were good, the rice and beans were excellent. The only flaw was that the chilis used for stuffing were on the tough side - probably thick skinned poblano peppers that needed longer roasting. Having lived in central Mexico, I was hoping that with the claim to have authentic Mexican as well as Tex-Mex the menu would include a few unusual dishes that are not found on other menus around town, but didn't really find anything that different.

    Food was good, the entrees came out nearly cold. Still tasty but should have been hotter. Black beans served after entrees. Did the entrees get delayed waiting on beans and then served cold? Hmm...

    We’ve now enjoyed five or six visits to Mas Fuegos, and look forward to our next. We do not understand the criticisms that we’ve read here. This is not meant to be your typical “cheap slop” that you find at many other restaurants. It is meant to be higher end, and in a college town of typical chain restaurants, we certainly appreciate that! The food is consistently unique and delicious, accompanied by excellent service. Happy hour deals are excellent, and they do not water down the drinks during that time, as most restaurants do. Yes, they charge a minimal amount for chips and salsa, but how many Mexican restaurants offer you six different freshly made salsas from which to choose three? Bison birria tacos, chicken mole enchiladas, crispy cauliflower tacos, and chorizo poblano queso are just a small sampling of their phenomenal menu. But if you’re not looking for a classy atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, and a menu which certainly is a “cut above”, then by all means, don’t go there!

    Food had delightful blend of flavors. Entry portions are large. Margs are made with muddled fruit rather than syrups, so clean and fresh. Highly recommend. Wednesday half price Margs between 4 and 8pm. Service was good and attentive.

    We have has both wonderful food and service twice now at this restaurant. The staff and management sim to please and you can order according to your spice level. The shrimp enchiladas are amazing. Swordfish bites are definitely "Diablo" and very hot. Salads are great. Ambiance in the back with the booths is very nice sand quiet or they have a great outdoor options and bar area with TVs as well. Definitely recommend. Pricing is good for the quality and quantity of food you get as well.

    I was hopeful that this was going to be a good place to eat, but unfortunately, was disappointed to say the least with the quality and price. The mild enchilada sauce was terrible, rice was dry, refried beans average at best. There's a 4% "service fee" on the bill for the kitchen staff. I would have been ok with that if the food was good, but shouldn't charge any service fee until you get it right. Food was below average at best. Service wasn't bad, but waited at the front door to be seated in the nearly empty restaurant for 8 minutes while the bartender in front of us was trying to calculate the price of items on the register. Way overpriced for the times despite inflation. I've had better Swanson or TV dinner Mexican food, seriously. Sorry, just saying you need to get it right before charging the prices for what you serve.

    Great new restaurant! Only open 8 days and did a very good job. Didn’t have their entire menu yet but will shortly and I’m sure next time I will rate them 5 across the board!
