About this restaurant

Maru Ichi, in Mountain View, serves sumptuous bowls of comfort food, handcrafting Japanese-style ramen noodles with a variety of options in its warm and relaxing eatery. For starters, the mini California roll sushi and the tender steamed pot stickers make excellent appetizer options. At Maru Ichi, you can choose from any four of the homemade noodle styles, the charred-garlic kuro, the pork and chicken broth tonkotsu, the soy sauce-based shoyu or the tangy miso, to start your ramen adventure, each of which comes with egg, sliced pork and green onion automatically. You can then add your selection of extras to add to your ramen, including meats, seafood and veggies. Maru IchiÕs house specials, such as the spicy ramen miso, the veggie ramen, as well as udon and soba noodles, are simply perfect the way they are. With your hot bowl of ramen, enjoy a cold sake accompaniment.
