I was disappointed by this restaurant. We found the server arrogant and not pleasant. I believe the server can affect a good meal and enhance one that is not good. Having said that we did not enjoy this restaurant, however, will go back if in town again.

Best meal ever!!! Requested soft shell crab and they made it happen. Couldn’t be more appreciative for making it possible. Along with apricot juice, yum yum and coconut flan. I thought I was in heaven.

Mangia Qui is always a treat. Winning dishes incorporate unusual ingredients like escargot or every day ingredients like eggs, but all are delectable. Thanks for another great meal!

Here is the thing. I like both Rubicon and Mangia Qui, however, I made brunch reservations at MQ but was seated at Rubicon. I heard other guests saying the same thing. Menu online for MQ was different and that is what I wanted. Bummer. Will probably not go back for brunch as that was not forthcoming. Hope it doesn’t happen for dinner?

Mangia Qui is by far our favorite restaurant in the Harrisburg area. This is our place to go for special occasions, friends and family get togethers, or just a nice evening out. The food, service and people are outstanding. We highly recommend!

One of our two entrees (veal chop) came out pretty much raw vs medium rare. It had to be Re-fired and it came back ruined. I hat to eat while this was going down so my $54 steak didn’t get cold. This all spoiled what was to be an nice nite out. Was our first time there.... probably not going back.

Service started out a little slow, but the food was incredible. Just an overall amazing dining experience. I'm still thinking about the linguine and clams. And, the steak was wonderful. The roasted beet salad was great, so were the cocktails. Five stars.

The food was very good, well presented and a treat to the taste buds. the restaurant is very quaint and most enjoyable. The only thing that I believe should be emphasized by them and other restaurants is to remind people that parking is not free in the area until after 7 p.m. We learned the hard way.

Experience was nice.
I've been trying to get there for years now. And I only live a mile away.
However. Our waiter seemed disoriented. Overwhelmed. And just downright confused.
I'm dark skinned. 6' 3 300 lb and bald. And I'm wondering if my physical stature through him a aloof.
You seem to settle down as the evening progressed. But the first hour was quite contentious.

Mangia Qui never fails to please. We started by sharing grilled octopus with fava and herbs. The octopus was grilled perfectly. Our dinners were both lamb: lamb chops and a lamb special with pasta and a tomato, onion, garlic, liver (chicken?) sauce. Both entrees were hyperdelicious. Pleasing aroma and tasty.

With a nice bottle of Italian wine, what better way to spend an anniversary?

And our server was both attentive and informed.

We went to Mangia Qui for my wife's birthday. As usual, the food and service were excellent. I had the fillet mignon which was a feature for the evening. It was tender and delicious. This is our favorite place to eat in Harrisburg.

After having numerous meals at this restaurant in the past, this one was a major disappointment. It was a business lunch for seven, but the restaurant was not set up for that large of group and our table required half of us to slide on a booth seat. I had an avocado salad that had three very small slices of avocado that were really no more than decorations on the plate. Service was spotty at best. My water glass was empty for about half of the meal. There did not seem to be a consistent waiter / waitress for our table, and it showed. Can no longer recommend this restaurant.
