   Such fun! We were a group of ten friends in town for hockey and music and we couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy an evening out with good food, entertaining service and lots of dancing and singing. Truly a ‘wedding without anyone getting married’ we would recommend this to anyone prepared to have a great time!

    We enjoyed celebrating a birthday with friends/family. The food was good but my expectations were very high from a previous friend’s visit. So I was disappointed in the food, my least favorites were the salad (bitter in taste) and the pastas. I really enjoyed all the appetizers, main entrees, and desserts.

    The food was delicious and plentiful. The experience is like attending an Italian wedding complete with music and dancing. The family style encourages conversation with the other folks at your table. We will definitely be back.

    Yes, yes, 100 times yes. I got together my group of middle-aged mom friends for a night out together. I chose Mangia as our desitnation on the recommendation of a friend who has been several times. I was sold when she said that there is communal dancing in the middle of the meal. We had a group of six ladies for a Friday night Italian Feast. The preset menu is served family style. The lemon ricotta cakes were a crowd-pleaser along with the porcini penne. Our delightful server, a quite pregnant Amanda Panda, did not seem to mind that we were the loudest table in the restaurant that night. She kept the wine bottles flowing and posed for pictures with us. The dancing! Let me tell you about the dancing! The entire restaurant is invited to dance (twice) between courses; there were synchronized face-offs between the men and women followed by a group dance. It was a blast. It felt like we were at a wedding reception, and our group loved every minute of it. I also loved the speech from the owner at the end of the meal, and I have to say that he's achieved what he set out to do, which is bring people together around food to foster love and create memories. We felt our love and made memories to last a lifetime. I will definitely go back, and I recommend this place to anyone up for a good time! One item to note is to make sure that your reservation is accurate. I did not contact the restaurant when one of our party cancelled, and we paid for that missing person (we also got all of her food to take home). I'm sure that it's on the website somewhere and I just didn't read it, but just fyi.

    This experience felt like I’d been invited to join a friend as a guest at a generous/gracious host’s house in Italy for a big party. Our group of three walked in only knowing each other, were immediately warmly welcomed by the staff and others at our family-style table. The owner/chef amazed us with his food (including gluten free options for EVERYTHING on the menu for one of us!) but even more so with his warmth and hospitality. He was singing and dancing all through the evening with us. I can’t wait to go back and bring more friends!

    I loved all of the gluten free options available and that they serve them on different colored plates. Our waitress didn't know anything about the ciders or wines they serve. Didn't know much about the beer selection either, so that was troubling. Our appetizer was still frozen in the middle, so we had to get a second one, which took a while because the waitress didn't come check on us for a few minutes. No biggie, but there was only 2 other tables and a pack of staff standing at the cashier/hostess stand chatting away. The bread was also served cold, they should reevaluate that and try sending it warm, makes a difference. The oil they serve is also just oil, no seasonings. Everyone liked their meals, it's just weird that they send the added on meat, on the side and not actually IN the pasta, weird. The dessert was delicious too. I would go back, because overall it was good food and ambiance, they just need to tweak a few things.

    Great food, excellent service, amazing fun!!! We enjoyed the weekend feast event! If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic evening this isn’t it. It’s loud, fun, active & delicious!! Highly recommend for girls night, family time, date night with a twist! We loved it!!

    We attended the "italian wedding feast" on a Saturday night between the holidays December of 2019. There were four of us in our group. Food for the feast is served family style and like most weddings there might be other people at your table.....but they become your friends by the end of the night. Simply stated, the food is excellent. Don't fill up too much on the early offerings.....each course gets better. The staff is very entertaining and there is also some singing and dancing done by all of the "guests" in attendance. I highly recommend.....and would certainly attend again in the future.

    Enjoyed the Saturday night Italian Feast. 3 hours of food, fun and dancing. Our server, Stephanie, was attentive and friendly. Food was incredible, felt like we were home in NY at a family Sunday meal. Definitely will be going back!

    This was our 5th visit to Mangia and we love it. This time it was a little too crowded, which made it too loud to talk without shouting and the dance area way too crowded. Still loved the food and experience.

    This was my first and an oh so spectacular evening of fantastic food and non stop fun that I will always remember! From the table staff, bar staff, chefs and top chef and owner...all were so kind, friendly and so accommodating with any needs. I have already started rounding a group for a post holiday extravaganza at Mangia and can’t wait!!! Treat yourself with family, friends or both, you will love it!!!

    We had dinner with friends on a random Wednesday night. They had been dying to go to Mangia Nashville and it was everything they had hoped it would be and more! We had been recently and already knew Mangia is awesome. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience-we’ll be back soon!

    Did not know when we made the reservation, what we had signed up for: Harvest Festival - a 3 1/2 hour 9 course meal ‘dinner theater Italian style.’ WE LOVED IT! I am the study abroad director for a University and this took us right back to Florence Italy. Food was great, the atmosphere lively and fun. Put your cell phone away and engage the moment, making a memory.

    I have been twice before and had a great time. I think it was more crowded and the entertainment and dancing was not as fun. For the amount I paid this time was disappointed in being served chicken thighs, to me you should of been served breast meat. Also was so loud in there with more tables, it was hard to talk.

    We went to the feast on Friday night at 7 PM. At this reservations–only time, they have special music and dancing planned for the guests, along with amazing pre-fix food. I am gluten, dairy, and egg allergies and they accommodated them very well. The gluten-free pasta and bread is to die for! The absolute best I have ever eaten - we even got GF dessert! So much so, you wondered if it was actually gluten-free. (the general manager is celiac so she takes special care of those with food allergies.) If you have out of town guests that want to have a fun evening – or even if you want to have a fun evening – this is the place to go! The only thing I would say is eat small portions as they bring out each course, and if you want to take the rest of what you’re eating home, ask for takeout container as each course is served. At the beginning, I made the mistake of eating most of what they brought, and by the time I got to the end I could barely do a tasting of what was being brought to us. It is a huge amount of food so you do need to come hungry. It’s worth every cent of what we paid for an amazing and fun evening.

    We visited on my Birthday with family visiting from California on Saturday night. Arrived hungry for feast but food didn't start until almost 7:45. Bread was served but it was recommended that we not fill up on this, as the food would be flowing soon, so most didn't eat the bread. Ordered wine and cocktails that took a very long time to get. Way too loud to carry on any kind of conversation. We could not understand a word the waitress said, unless you were sitting beside her, and then had to translate down the table. I had watched a video of the feast and it looked like there were twice as many tables and people added this night. Video showed a large dance floor that wasn't anymore, just more tables and people. There were only two unisex bathrooms with 1 toilet each. One bathroom was broken and my brother-in-law from California tried to fix, as there were 11 people in line, but couldn't fix. There was a line for the bathroom all evening. We did our best to get into the event, and this part was fun. The food was great, other than the raw tuna appetizer only two of us ate (out of hunger), but too long between each item. When you picture a family feast you assume that you would be able to hear each other talk, which was the most disappointing part of the evening. The event took 3 1/2 hours, too long.
