   Visited on a Wednesday evening and they were out of diet cola. Gave our party of four two different menus with pricing differing from $17 to $23 on same item. Staff was confused with the updated paired down menu. Kept telling us they didn’t know which menu was correct. Food was disappointing so left after appetizers and went to Salvaje which was excellent. Was excited to visit Mandrake as it was described as an off shoot of Nobu and the pictures gave off the Nobu (Dubai location) atmosphere. While the atmosphere is a night life vibe the food was subpar. Was so disappointed.

    The experience overall was amazing. However, taste of the food can get way better. Customer service was outstanding, show was spectacular and DJ was close to perfect. I will definitely be back for drinks.

    It was a birthday, our food took long our drink took very long, our server supposedly clocked out and left us waiting for our food, they changed our server we couldn’t order because kitchen closed. Missing drinks etc just a total disaster they took some off the bill but the service was

    Had a reservation for 7pm. Restaurant opened at 7pm and it appeared they were just setting up the house. Restroom was not cleaned from the night before and when it was reported we got a lackadaisical response. Bartender was slow, not attentive and not knowledgeable about the ingredients in the cocktails. At dinner our Server was switched twice. He was not knowledgable about the menu and EVERYTHING we asked about was just “good”. Poor food quality. We could get better sushi at Publix or Walgreens. Kind of disappointing. The highlight of the experience was the entertainment, photo opps and the nice hostess. Other than that, just a disappointing experience.

    Very nice presentation of food, only downside is the small portions of food. Also need to be careful with the bill. A 22% gratuity is added to bill.

    We went for Miami Spice month. Ambiance and food were good however the service was lackluster. Whenever food came to our table, the various waiters just placed them on the table and most times in front of the wrong person. The server had a hard time describing the food options while we were ordering. When another server brought food, they couldn’t explain either. The food was tasty and presentation was very nice. I just wish I knew what I was eating. Once the appetizers came out, the entree came less than 5 minutes later which was not good because the entree would get cold. Again, they just placed the entrees wherever with no explaining and in front of the wrong person. For dessert, they told us there were no individual-sized options available as outlined in the menu. So they asked us to share one in the same plate with 2 spoons. We didn’t like that idea of sharing from the same plate but obliged. Guess what? they dropped the dessert on the table and walked away without giving us any spoons. Had to wait for someone to come back. When we asked for the check, the server showed us a number for the bill amount on her handheld screen. It only showed 2 meals and 2 drinks but somehow the bill was $200. I asked her why and she said the details would show after I pay. I asked her if gratuity has been added and she said yes a 20% service charge is added and is split among all the workers and that we can add more tip that will go directly to her. I asked her to bring a printed copy of the bill instead. Well guess what? It had a 22% service charge instead of 20%. She reminds me that Miami customarily adds 20%. I’m a local and know that and reminded her that 22% is not customary. My friend and I were already displeased with the service and didn’t want to create further fuss. We just paid the bill and left and likely won’t return. The place, food, and food presentation are nice but the floor staff needs proper training.

    Made a reservation for 9:30 pm. They require a credit card in order to charge a fee for no shows or last minute cancelations, which gives the impression that this restaurant expects you to respect their time. We arrived on time and were told our table was not ready and to wait at the lounge bar and have a drink. The lounge bartender had a few customers, but he did not greet me for about seven minutes. I ordered a cosmo for my date, who had just come back from the restroom and was surprised I had not ordered her drink for her already. The bartender made something that visually passed for a cosmo but was made with Ciroc. With the automatic 22% tip, that non-cosmo cost more than $20. We waited about twenty minutes for our table. When we were seated at around 9:50 pm, we had to wait a long time to be greeted and for drinks to arrive and then to order food. We asked the server what sake they had but she did not know if they had sake at this Asian Fusion restaurant. It took her a while to find out and we ordered the bigger of the two options. No service of the sake was offered, much leas any knowledge of the sake, but 22% gratuity on the $60 bottle of sake was automatically added to the check. We ordered food, the three courses we got arrived at a good pace. The food was good. After dinner I asked for the dessert menu and the server told me the two options. I asked for a minute to think about it but she never followed up. I could not get her attention so I asked another employee for the check. I waited 5 minutes then flagged the same other employee again. The server eventually came to the table and handed me the portable credit card machine. No printed check was offered. I reviewed the check on the screen and tapped my card but forgot to see if the tip was included. I asked the server and she said the 22% included was split between her and the staff and I could leave her more. I did not. The atmosphere was slick but not professional.

    Amazing experience! Staff was so lovely and the owner came over to our table and introduced himself and was so helpful and kind. We celebrated my friends bachelorette and they came out with a sign and song which was so fun! Also had dancers during dinner which was really really cool and made the experience so unique. Would 100% recommend for a special occasion or a fun unique night out.

    Expensive food but well made and tasty 22% service charge automatically added Drinks were overpriced with little alcohol in them. Bartender seemed to care more about talking with her friends than making us drinks which had us waiting for our drinks until we were done with our food. Not exaggerating when I say we were the only ones in the restaurant so there was no excuse for us to wait that long for drinks. I personally would not go back.
