This understaffed restaurant tells you that you only have an hour and a half to eat when you make the reservation, but it takes an hour for your order to come out. The poor wait staff is so over tasked that things inevitably get forgotten. That said, the food itself is excellent for the most part - the fish itself is a 5/5 in freshness and everything apart from that is at least a 4/5, for Colorado standards.

Makoto was the dining highlight of our honeymoon. Antonio was our server and was so knowledgeable and made the evening very special for us with multiple enhancements. We had a gorgeous view of the aspen leaves turning. The service and food were exceptional. The entire evening was so memorable, we are already looking forward to our return.
