La marca proviene de Bal Harbour, en Miami, diseñada en 2011 por el chef Makoto Okuwa, quien fue discípulo de Morimoto. Una mezcla de tradición y modernidad que se siente en cada rincón del local. Todo estaba súper rico, El personal fue muy amable y rápido, lo que hizo todo más cómodo.
