   I dined solo and had the menu lunch, including the Comte gougeres, asparagus with poached egg & bernaise sauce, pork belly with bean & ragout, and Sakura mille feuille. All were fantastic. Well definitely visit again.

   Waiters were so slow to refill water, few options for desserts for vegetarians (almost all desserts have pork gelatin), drinks are overpriced.

   Service was slow. Food came out luke warm. Waaaaay overpriced for quality; quantity is not important. Overall an underwhelming experience. Many better options in Tokyo.

    電車が好きな彼の誕生日祝いでディナーに利用しました。事前にその旨をお伝えしてテーブルの空きもあったので、眺めの良いソファ席に案内されました。 ホテルディナーですので、ドレスコードは『スマートカジュアル』が必要です。男性はジャケットがあれば何とかなると思います。 コースにしたのですが、メニューから好きなものを選べますし、量もちょうど良く満足しました。 私はワインに詳しくないので『赤ワインで手頃なものを…』とお願いしたところ、食事になるべく合うもので比較的手頃なものを選んで持ってきてくださり助かりました。 正直言うとホテルディナーには慣れておらず、やや緊張していたのですが、スタッフさんが声を何度か掛けてくださり、電車のことだったり色々なお話ができて安心しました。 カーテンが少し窓にかかっていたのを、サッと開けて外を観やすくしてくださったり、何気ない気遣いをありがとうございます。 お陰様でとても楽しめました。

    The restaurant was very kind to keep the corner view table for us as per our wish. The corner view for the station is fantastic. The staffs are also very friendly. Highly recommend!

    Its a really nice experience especially the window view that you can see Tokyo station and busy lit buildings. We order the menu marunochi, every dish is packed with flavour and definitely starts a conversation. The waiters were very accommodating especially quentin who served our food and dessert, greeted my date with a happy birthday. Even exiting they were accommodating, the night was special and intimate. I am grateful for the experience, i will dine again.

    東京駅からすぐ近く、八重洲ミッドタウンからのアクセスが非常に良いです。線路沿いにあり、ビル街に囲まれた眺め。ソファーの座り心地の良さ、客層の良さ、サービス対応の心地よさはオススメ。料理は印象画家の作品をオマージュしており、見た目が上品で丁寧でカラフル。ドリンクも飲み放題がついていて、ウィスキークリーム、季節の紅茶がオススメ。玄関の大理石、清潔さも心地よくリピートしたい。

    窓際の席にしていただき、電車の出入りが眺められてとても良かったです。 1人だったのですが、楽しめました。 事前問い合わせメールにこちらから返信を催促しなければいけなかったので、その点で星一つ減らしました。

    フォーシーズンズホテル宿泊のディナーにお邪魔しました。 ランチをたくさん食べたので、少しつまめればと思い、クラブサンドと和牛バーガーを注文しました。 どちらもとても美味しく満足でした。 ポテトもたくさん付いてきたので、付け合わせは特に無くても大丈夫でした。 辛口ジンジャーエールも美味しかったです。

    店員さんの服装や案内の仕方がカジュアルすぎます。 カジュアルな雰囲気を売りにしているのであれば話は別ですが、レストラン内の装飾や1階エントランスからのムードとマッチしていなくて、チグハグな感じ。 お料理も、値段はホテルプライスだけど、お味は全然見合わない。不味くはないけど、美味しい！という感動は微塵もない。和牛チーズバーガーをいただいたけれど、和牛感はゼロでした。 もう二度と行かないと思います。

    お料理は見た目が素晴らしく、味もとても美味しかったのですが、タワーのスイーツが来てから食べ終わる頃までコーヒーがこなかったのが辛かったです。アフタヌーンティーなのに残念でした。

    プラチナジュビリーアフタヌーンティーをいただきました。 ひとつひとつに手間をかけて丁寧に作られているのが伺えました。 またメニューにはなかったのですが、焼き立てのマドレーヌを提供いただき、焼き立てならではの風味と中のチョコの溶け具合が絶妙でとてもおいしかったです。また東京に行く機会があれば利用したいです。

    あまりシステムを理解できてなかったので私自身が悪いのですが、オープンテーブルで予約したらアフタヌーンティーも予約できてると思っていましたが、そうではなかったみたいでした。 急遽、コースを変更していただきましたが席が本来案内して頂ける席でもなかったのが少し残念ですが、次はちゃんと予約してゆっくりしたいと思います。 サービスや食事は、おこがましいかもしれませんがとても素晴らしかったです。

    連休最終日でほぼ満席でしたが、それぞれのテーブルの距離も適度にあって、安心して食事できました。ホテルエントランスから直通エレベーターでレストランのあるフロアへ、ちょっとした異空間も楽しめます。レストランはカジュアルな雰囲気で、お料理もちょうどいい量でした。スタッフもみなさんフレンドリー、メニューについて質問しまくりましたが、ていねいに説明していただきました。

    とても雰囲気がよく、1階のホテルレセプションから、7階のレストランまでの動線や、7階で受付を通して頂いて以降も非常にスムーズに案内頂いた。 料理もおいしく、また是非きたいと思いました。

    2回目の利用です。1回目はインルームダイニングだったので、今回はできたてのパンやお料理をさらに楽しむことができてとても良かったです。 接客が本当に素晴らしく、味は大丈夫か、バターやコーヒーのおかわりはどうかなど細やかかつこちらの合間を見計らって声をかけていただきました。働かれているスタッフの方々の国籍も様々なのにサービスが均一かそれ以上で教育や育成体制も相当レベルが高いことがうかがえます。席数が少なくこじんまりしているのでほどよくリラックスできるのもありがたいです。

    テーブルは近すぎる。隣の人の話をよく聞きました。これだけ良くない。食べ物はとても美味しかったです！食べきれない物は持ち帰り袋を用意しますので、素晴らしいサービスと思います。

    座席数がそんなに多くないので、落ち着いた雰囲気で食事できました。 料理も飲料とても美味しく、値段もホテルレストランということを考えるとお手頃なのでコストパフォーマンスもいいです。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。 次の予定があり飲めなかったですが、酒類の品揃えも豊富だったので、次回は夜行ってみたいです。

    しっかりとしたコースで、冷たいプレートと温かいプレートのバランスも良かったです。サプライズで焼きたてのマドレーヌをサーブして下さったのが嬉しかった。食べきれなかったスコーンとマドレーヌは包んで下さったのもとても良かったです。 ドリンクがカップ交換制でたくさんの種類を飲めるのもアフタヌーンティー好きにはかなり良いかと！

    まるでコースのようにお料理が出てくるアフタヌーンティーで、私たちの席についていただいたサーバー（ウェイター）の方が素晴らしかったので、いい思い出になりました。お肉のセイボリーとスコーンが美味しかったことに感動しました。ありがとうございました。
