We had excellent excellent service! Even put together a cute birthday churro for my partner and knew exactly how to help me out with my first mezcal tasting. Also love that almost the whole menu is gluten free!

I realize we are not the demographic that lucky taco markets to… ( 51 , but still like to have fun) I was not thrilled at having to pay an extra $30 reservation fee, but it was last minute so I understood this was the price I pay. The service was good, particularly considering how busy it was. The food was good, our whole group agreed the appetizers were quite boring. We all enjoyed the soft tacos, all delicious. My main concern was the noise level. I am not sure who was in charge of the music but it kept on getting louder and louder. At one point we were screaming at each other, then laughing because the table beside us was screaming at each other as well. I think it’s supposed to feel like a club scene, and it certainly does. It would be a fun place to go to to get your drink on, or have a rowdy date. It is definitely not a place to have a conversation with six people.

The food was great, but it was too loud to hear the person even next to you. It is hard to understand why they prefer such a noise in a restaurant where no one is dancing. I don’t think I’ll come back again for dine in. Maybe for the patio.

Seemed crowed for such a small restaurant, especially during covid. 1 waitress & she didn’t bring what we ordered. We ate it anyway because she was so difficult to pin down to send back & the meal was only served warm anyway. It also wasen’t very tasty ( boring), although creme brûlée was good. We were very disappointed overall. Won’t eat there again.

We went for dine around and didn’t have a very good experience. We got tuna ceviche and it tasted really fishy - definitely not good. We then waiting 35 minutes for our mains (tacos) without our server checking in on us once. He eventually stopped by and said “you’re waiting for dessert right?” Nope. We got our tacos which were ok - kind of soggy and not super flavourful but ok. Our server then told us the dessert (flan) they had was out but asked if churros with extra caramel and chocolate and dulce du leche would be ok. We said sure, a bit disappointed. The dessert came and it was a half sized order with zero sauces. We asked if it was supposed to come with chocolate and the employee we asked just shrugged and said he didn’t know and walked away. We got the attention of our server and he didn’t respond and walked back and put a half frozen small plastic container of chocolate sauce on our table which I’m assuming was meant to be warmed? Overall really disappointing experience as our bill was $100 after tax and tip. Could have gone somewhere much nicer for that.

Had a great dinner at lucky taco! The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. It was Valentine’s Day so the place was super busy but our two servers were excellent, attentive, calm and friendly. We all really enjoyed our experience. Will definitely be back!

Loud and cozy; this is our go to spot for tasty tacos and delicious drinks. Their happy hour simply cannot be best! Get there right at 5pm for a seat, it gets busy!
