So Love You Latte will acknowledge that you have a reservation through OpenTable, but they are unaware of reservations they have. We had a reservation for 1:30 and were seated closer to 2. Not a big deal, but everything about this place was mid. Coffee was too hot for consumption, food came out at different times, and portions are small and expensive. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place isn’t prepared for dine in service. Only do take out and save yourself the headache. The food was decent but very over priced for what you’re getting

I ordered the pink latte and the ultimate croissant. The latte looked nothing like the pictures advertised on social media. I had to wait 1 hour to get my order of 1 croissant. Other people around me were wondering why it’s taking so long as well. Short staffed maybe? But it wasn’t a good experience.

My boyfriend brought me here to have breakfast for Valentine’s Day ! The food was good although it was a complete different thing to the pictures shown on their Instagram. They kinda took long on the food, got there at like 11 we didn’t eat until almost 1. We were pretty upset about that but the staff seemed overall so we let it go, other than that the food was filling and the place is cute, the aesthetic is gorgeous.

Didn't eat!!! We had reservations at 1:15pm. We arrived at 1:25pm, and the rude hostess, before greeting us, loudly told us: "We're not seating any more tables." I told her we had an OpenTable reservation for 1:15pm. She said, "Oh, please wait," and proceeded to run around frantically, looking at the computer. The place was packed, and there were no tables reserved for us. About 6 women standing outside in the rain under rickety floor umbrellas were also apparently waiting. We waited about 10 minutes and realized this manager had no clue how to manage reservations, walk-ins, and her restaurant. We told her to cross us off and left. Too much chaos. And the menu is just mostly sandwiches. It's not worth a weekend brunch.

This restaurant does not take reservations! I made reservations two weeks in advance and when I got there, they rudely turned us away and told us to stand in the 1 hour long line. I drove from BH to Glendale for this. Not cool, and not fair. Remove your restaurant from open table or provide the service you stare you do. Luckily, plate and petal down the street was happy to take us and we had an incredible brunch.

We reserved a table and the hostess was still running around trying to find us a table. There were plenty of tables available (many of which has “reserved” on it) but even though we communicated that we had a reservation we had to wait around with our food in our hands. The food is overpriced and food is okay.
